Degrassi had quite a bit to dance about after another year of winning at the CSAs.

Congratulations to Alejandro Alcoba for winning the award for Best Writing (Children’s) for #YesMeansYes, and Eleanor Lindo for Best Direction (Children’s) for her work on #ThisCouldBeUsButYouPlayin! Alejandro has a chance to win another award for his episode with the upcoming WGC Screenwriting Awards in April.

Degrassi has now won the Children’s Writing category four years in a row, and Children’s Direction for the fifth straight year. Next Class was also going for its fifth straight Best Children’s Series win, but lost to the PBS series Odd Squad.

Since 2013, Degrassi has won 16 Canadian Screen Awards out of 22 total nominations. Check out pics from their night below!
