SEASON 12 DVD TO CONTAIN ALL 40 EPISODES

The past two seasons Epitome and Echo Bridge Entertainment have been splitting up the seasons in half DVD wise, releasing the telenovelas as their own dvd set, then releasing another dvd containing the rest of the episodes from the fall/spring blocks.  Normally we would’ve heard something by now if they were just releasing the Showdown telenovela, but the Stohn clarified their DVD plans yesterday:

With that said, I’m still not sure when we can expect information about the DVD’s features and preorder links to start popping up.

HANGOUT WITH CHLOE ROSE

Degrassi’s next Google+ Hangout will take place on Thursday, May 30th at 5pm with Chloe Rose.  She’ll be answering fan questions, and the event will be streamed LIVE on Degrassi’s youtube page (if you can’t watch live, the stream is recorded…it will be uploaded soon after the livestream ends).

A handful of fans will be chosen to hang out in the livestream with Chloe.  There’s no age restriction, however, there are rules that must be followed if you’re under 18.  If you want to sign up for the chance to be in the stream with Chloe, please read and follow the instructions from the Degrassi Digital team below carefully:

1. Visit google.com/+Degrassi and add our page to your circles. If you haven’t we unfortunately have no way to contact you if you win and later invite you into the broadcast.

2. In the comments section of this post on our Google+ page, please comment with the following information:

3. We want to give those under 18 a chance to participate. Based on Google regulations, you must be 18+ to join a live broadcast hangout. However, if you are under the age of 18, you can join by carefully following these steps:

A. Your parent/guardian must create a Google+ account through which you can enter the contest by answering the above questions on our Google+ page.
B. If you are selected, you must join the Hangout through the parent/guardian’s account and have the parent/guardian in frame on camera with you at all times.
C. We will be confirming with winners under 18 and their parent/guardian.

4. The deadline for entries is 10 PM on Monday, May 27th. The lucky winners will be notified on Tuesday, May 28th. So be sure to check your Google+ account that day for a potential message!

5. Everyone else can also participate by watching the chat live on YouTube! Tune in at 5 pm EST on May 30th on our channel youtube.com/Degrassi – Comment on the YouTube video during the live-stream interview and Chloe will answer the selected questions live!
