Because I’ve been busy/half out of it as of late, I somehow convinced myself the one-hour episode “Tonight, Tonight” (airing next week) somehow included the Vegas wedding, mainly because it’s rare that Degrassi does one-hour episodes to begin with. I mean there’s no way they’d do two of them…right?
After punching myself in the face, I realized I knew some of the info already.
As of now, the Vegas special is scheduled to air on Friday, December 14th at 9pm EST.
MuchMusic is also planning to air the Degrassi Ghana special on Sunday, December 2nd.
Details beyond that are scarce, but we’ll hear more about it soon. Now about Drianca, let’s take a poll:

The sad part that there is not much for these kids to do in Vegas since they’re not 21. Also by law you can’t married legally you’re 18 or a parent or guardian signs the marriage licence if under the age of 18. And if I’m correct same sex marriage is still illegal in Nevada. So who knows.

They have 7 tickets to Vegas, We know Bianca, Drew, Fiona, Imogen and Adam are going so who will be the other 2? I hope its not Eli & Clare. I can see Eli maybe going but I doubt Clare’s mom would let her go. So who?? Unless its Mr & Mrs Torres. idk lol

Owen and Dallas, definitely. Bianca said “you, me and five of our friends.” and they’re the only other characters on the show that Drew and Bianca themselves are close to.

Well I mean I guess Dave could be one of them too, but Bianca was never really his friend and I’m not even sure if Drew talks to him… Seems like he kind of isolated himself from everyone after dropping out.

Dallas?? I thought too many people are angry at him like Fiona and Imogen. I can see Owen maybe going. The only reason I was thinking Eli is because I have feeling Eli & Clare may break up in Tonight, Tonight.?? Its just a thought or theory.

Dallas is close to Drew, though. All of the guests would be people that Drew and Bianca are close to. They’ve barely ever even talked to Eli.

I wouldn’t assume Adam’s going. He didn’t even know about the marriage until his mother told him, and right now I’m not sure he’s want to do much to hurt his relationship with his mother, especially since I doubt he supports the marriage any more than she does.

Am I the only one who feels there’s something off about Eli and Clare’s relationship this season.?? Also what is up with Drew & Bianca wanting to get married so quickly but I have a feeling that they will tie the knot.

Yes, Degrassi is showing a caring, respectful, equal power relationship. Something that is for the most part healthy for both parties. Which is unusual for the genre and everyone wants a pathetically codependent Twilight-esque romance.
For the most part the Eclare ship has been in the background because it hasn’t caused much of the drama (Eli’s plot had to do with the musical, and Clare’s her internship) so it hasn’t done much on the center stage yet. Compared to S10 where Eclare was all about relationship drama and getting to know each other.

idk, but im the fan girl who doesn’t want them to break up. i just wouldn’t get why they put them back together, knowing that “eli” is “going off to college” at the end of the season. Anyway, i think the other two will be dallas and alli. i think alli because in tonight’s episode, dallas and alli have developped some sort of relationship. just not couple-wise

says a lot of degrassi tying in friendships or even showing friends outside of bf/gf and bestfriends. I keep thinking who else? Drew and Bianca don’t have friends outside adam and fiona. Maybe owen, but who else?

They did something simular with Nowhere to Run with adding Eli to the mix.. The only reason Eli may go is to keep Adam company. The other person I was thinking of was Dave. Because I remember Annie & Cristine filming scenes with Jahmil back in October. Who knows. lol
