I’m pretty sure that was Fiona. But in one scene she can be seen drinking and in another she passes out. So she clearly wasn’t right in the head when she kissed Declan.

But still it must show that she has atlease SOME sexual feelings for him. People always say alcohol just magnifys peoples true emotions, but maybe she was just jealous of all the attention declan was giving Holly J or something.

Wooow, what is going on with Fiona? It looks like she’s having some sort of breakdown. Poor girl. :/ I guess they send her away to get her help which explains why she took a “break” in the Hamptons. And things are only going to get worse once Bobby comes into her life.
Also, Emma and Spinner? That’s a pairing that I never would have seen coming.

-Jane and Manny Fighting.
-Fiona Drinks.

-Jane kisses a ‘Unknown Guy.’
-THE DOT BLOWS UP.
-Emma is in a brides dress.
-Spinner and Emma look high! (Maybe they take drugs?)
*Maybe Weed? Emma tried weed in ‘Touch of Grey’ and Spinner took weed in ‘Pss the Dutchie’*
-Declan gets punch by Spinner.
-Fiona has a breakdown.

Craig isn’t supposed to be in this movie is he? Towards the end of the promo someone who looked like him appeared to be in the picture. I recall reading that there was some sort of surprise guest.
Curious to see if Spinner hooks up before/after he finds out about Jane.

The movie looks really awesome. Why did TeenNick have to change the movie airdate to the 19th? This is seriously going to be the best movie ever. I think that Fiona somehow exploded the Dot because she got mad when Spinner punched Declan.

From the looks of it…when the whole “Spinner confronts Jane and Declan” scene it looks like the back of Declan’s house…which prob. means that he found out b4 they left for New York which explains the whole “Emma/Spinner” thing and that Jane prob. found another guy while she was in New York.

Wow this promo is awsome and the dot exploding explains the new Dot shown in the promo for the the boiling point when drew says”i just moved in the new school across the street” or sumthing like that hmm i wonder why it exploded and WOW DECLAN AND FIONA KISS!!!!!!! never saw this coming and EMMA AND SPINNER HOOKUP wow i think the got so drunk they had sex cause towards the start of the promo spinner says what did we do last nigtht so obviously hes clueless about anything that happen and idk why jane and manny were fighting last time we saw manny her and jane were best of friends anyways soooo excited for this i cant tell its better than degrassi goes hollywood

As for Jane and Manny “fighting,” to me it looked more like Manny was trying to hold Jane back. (from fighting someone else?) Maybe this has to do with the Emma/Spinner thing. Just my thoughts.

i really hope the movie doesnt end with spinner and emma awkwardly trying to forget their hook up ever happened and then spinner and jane get back together because thatd be stupid and predictble. id actually really like it if it ended with them actually dating. unless sean came back and he and emma got back together…although i know thats not actually going to happen :(

You know what? I had a feeling that Fiona and Declan were going to end up crossing the brother/sister line when they first came on the show. I felt kinda wrong thinking about that but there were little hints of it that I personally saw. It’s exciting to me because it truly is something new to Degrassi. I’ve been watching D:TNG ever since it first aired and never missed a show and for awhile there I was beginning to lose hope but it looks like they are picking up again and creating exciting story lines again :) I’m so excited!

Ugh, I’m sorry, but I did not want them to end up hooking up. I mean, I had that feeling, but to me, the only guy that’s right for Emma is Sean. =P
I’m really excited. And I have a feeling that the movie is going to revolve around Fiona alot. I mean, not the whole thing, of course, but I have a feeling that we are going to get to know her character in the movie. Which, makes me happy because I really like her character and I can’t wait to see more of her. =]

A few comments about the video:
• if you pause the video at 10 seconds, it shows declan wiping his mouth. I am guessing this is after the kiss (just for anyone who was interested)
– also, I think the kiss is just the writer trying to hurry and show fionas dramatic side (in other promos, dealing with her abuse, her mother and brother both comment about her being dramatic) because they didn’t really show that side of her in season 9.
• and, @Alisa from sakurayume, I think your right. When manny and Jane are fighting, I think manny is actually holding Jane back from fighting someone else, if you pause the video right when that clip starts, you will see spinner standing in front of them (wearing same shirt

Wow, this is pretty cool! I was so excited for the Degrassi Takes Manhattan promo, but.. it didn’t go there for me. I expected something like the Degrassi Goes Hollywood promo, which was great I think, but yeah, it wasn’t. But I still think that’s it’s pretty cool, and I am so excited.
I hope they have a good end for Emma&Manny’s story as they are not appearing in s10. I’m so excited, this summer is gonna be great! :)

Is it bad that I view the movie as something to “tolerate” and not “enjoy”?
I guess I just don’t see the relevance of bringing the old characters for some quasi dramatic plotlines. I LOVE Emma and Manny, of course, but I’m sick of the boring plotlines they’ve been given for the past 3 seasons.
Let’s just get rollin with Season 10, already!! :)

emma liked craig but manny went out with him
emma was kind of with jay then manny went out with him
manny was kind of with damian but emma went out with them
manny liked kelly but emma got him
and now emma will win! manny went out with spinner in season 4 but now emma will be with him!
oh and in the science fair episode in season 2 “weird science” spinner was doing emma’s experiment…that’s pretty much it for them interacting lol

Oh wow, finally! At last! My Dream has come true, I’m not delusional. I remember when I was first introduced to Fiona and Declan. I thought to myself: even for twins, they are a little bit too close. When Fiona said, “Shut up, Vicky” and Declan said “It’s just that, when your not happy, I’m not happy. It just added to the fact. Then, I thought – What if it’s consentual {Twin}incest? Afterall, Degrassi DOES go there & It seems that Degrassi is desperately trying not to repeat old issues.

Are Fiona and Declan twins, or are they siblings but not blood related? (Step siblings, adoption.) Because I don’t know if even Degrassi would have twin siblings kissing and having feelings for each other. (Even though Fiona [was possibly] intoxicated.) But I could be wrong, they’ve definitley been despereatley trying to find some new and interesting story lines.

I thought the Promo was great but wow was i shocked Emma and Spinner
wohw..But it was good that Jane and Spinner broke up because she cheated on him for two weeks. Also I loved how Manny thought that Jane’s kiss to Spinner was more than just a goodbye kiss and they got into a fight halarious.The wedding was super adorable how everyone put all the bad stuff behind them and they all had fun and I loved Manny’s song to Emma.
