While the title of this episode focuses on an app that’s used to edit your appearance in photos, these students end up touching on several topics regarding people and their online personas.
I don’t really post many selfie online because I hate my face. However, I can speak to the point of presenting a different version of yourself online; I’m far more “talkative” online than in real life.
But it all goes back to how people choose to present themselves online and how they allow their self image and self esteem dictate their reasons for doing so.
