Mr. Hollingsworth’s campaign is in its final stretch, and the stress has him even more tense than usual. Miles appeals to his family about his father’s behavior, but it seems like he’s the only one who realizes there needs to be a change. In the meantime, Zoë has used Frankie as a scapegoat for the Power Cheer debacle, but Frankie isn’t giving up. Along with Winston, she creates an elaborate plan to prove that Zoë is the one behind the scheme. Imogen reveals to Eli the truth about Clare’s situation.

I can’t wait for Frankie to take Zoey down. I was just beginning to like her after her rape storyline… and would’ve enjoyed seeing her get together with Zig. It’s good to see that the other Hollingsworth kids may see that their dad isn’t as great as he appears (and that Miles isn’t just a trouble child that “deserves” the wrath of his father).
(May not be a popular opinion, and not on point with the plotlines going down in the finale, but not so patiently waiting for Miles and Maya to get back together. Their chemistry is insane. And I want to see when Maya tells Miles about Cam).
I can’t wait for next week’s episode but I also don’t want to wait months for Degrassi to return! :'(

I wasn’t originally the biggest fan, but Miles and Maya have had some major chemistry this season. Stefan Brogren hinted in Principal’s office a while back that Miles and Maya weren’t over. I’m also sad that Zoe and Zig never got a real chance. Zoe deserves some punishment but hopefully no bodily injury… Can’t wait till next week too!

I like this episode but Chewie lookin like he hopped out a horror film. I hope her punishment is good! the principle or the police are the only option & the way Frankie was crying its gone be good. we don’t need much time but I hope the fire goes out before 9:18 so we can see this punishment. I hope he records what Zoe says. although he should of went with the hostage
approach. he could of threatened to not let her go unless she confessed or used Frankie as the fake hostage. bet she regrets blaming her now. & props to seeing Becky back:) that means she’s captain again. if Zoe meets him before that scene then technically she’s already been replaced. cant wait to see the chat. he’s smarter than Grace. iPod to tape those scenes. but I have been waiting for her punishment! since I will see the episode again at 11PM that day If we get to see her punishment ( & we BETTER) I will tape it. its just the matter of how this can happen. it would have to be after the fire is out so either sometime during the scenes before the last commercial or the last scenes before & during the credits.
but we all know the punishment is expelled & arrested. she didn’t even finish her whole school year. if she gets punished this means she finished 3/4ths of her year. we should hear the I gotta protect Frankie” stuff too. also there should be a scene where she walks in a room & looks surprised as well. but even though the fire takes up more time we BEST
see this with the 2nd plot. I just love saying it over & over again. idk how they will prove she’s the one unless they get a recording. so maybe it gets to the principle & the press. but if something like this happens its safe to say she’s expelled when 14B comes around in mid April. I guess she never gets the chance to compete. maybe she will find out that Becky
replaced her ass. something must happen. surprised they cram this into 30 minutes. but this is the best 2nd plot ever. & the dad needs therapy. he’s so mad about the Frankie shit. but this Zoe punishment will save his election.

Eli’s reaction shot was so perfect, though you’d think Imogen could do a better job of cushioning the blow of announcing you’re going to be a dad? At least tell Eli to sit down first!

Finally I’ve been waiting for this! with all this fire crap going on I guess whatever Frankie & Winston do to Zoe will happen either before the last commercial ends or during the last scenes & possibly 1 of the credit scenes. they jammed all that stuff into a 2nd plot.. wow! looks as crammed as my luggage before I went out of town. I did not expect Becky to be back but glad to see it.
this means if she’s in there then Zoe is out:) she would never let Zoe do anything. an Winston went with the horror movie approach? is that really the best he can do? If Zoe and Frankie make up and go back to being best friends I will be sooooo soooo mad and dissapointed on the writters, they need to keep them as enemies, what Zoe did to her is unforgivable!
Another thing, in my opinion they should’ve focused this last episode only on the scandal about Degrassi Nudes, the whole Clare plot is just a waste of time! I hate how she always has to be featured on every single finale episode, so sick of Eclare and this stupid baby drama, just get Eclare back together so we can focus on more important things for God’s sake

I didn’t see this mentioned at all above, but as excited as I am for the Frankie and Winston v Zoe portion, the thing that really stood out in the promo was Miles and Hunter with Mr. Hollingsworth. FINALLY someone will see his abuse, and it looks like Miles is gonna go off the deep end protecting Hunter. That “This can never happen again” line was chilling to me, and I would love to see the family finally expose him for what a sick individual he is. While he always had Maya on his side, she couldn’t do anything. Now that Hunter almost became the victim, he will know Miles is being truthful, and Frankie will believe him. Not only will the school burn, but I hope he burns too.

I made mention of this earlier in my comment – albeit briefly. I definitely agree!!! I am so excited for this to play out… Mr. Hollingsworth definitely has a problem and while Miles is self-destructive, he is clearly misbehaves because of his father. Also, the other Hollingsworth siblings don’t know about their father cheating on their mother!

I agree, he needs to go. In a post a few episodes back,(i think the one where Clare tells Eli about the baby) Fierre said Eli should wait until after she delivers the baby and then beat the crap out of her citing that he did this himself once so it is a good idea. I don’t think free speech she be an outlet of advocating violence against women (or anyone for that matter).

I’m pretty excited for the finale, and I’m hoping they have a promo prepared for the next block of Season 14 episodes. Expecting the next block to be very Zig/Tiny-heavy since it’s the one thing from the “Tonight, Tonight’ video that we haven’t seen yet.

That’s a great point — I had figured the Tonight, Tonight promo would really only focus on plots for the first half of the season so as not to spoil the second half, but the Zig and Tiny gang plot never materialized. Originally this was the plot I was least interested in, but after Firestarter Part 1, I’d like to see more Zig and Tiny next block. It would be amazing if they had another promo prepared — trying to figure out the clues is one of the best parts imho!

It’s the winter finale, otherwise known as the finale for the first block (14a), so no, not the season finale. Most shows go on hiatus before the holidays, so it was really nice for Degrassi to keep going through the new year. 11 week break for Open Heart, then the next block of season 14 resumes in April. I wonder what the major story lines will be for the next block?
