Eli and the gang enjoy a stay at Jake's cabin...
This post will contain very little info, but I also know people are eager to hear anything about this Degrassi special (which Execs/the networks have said little about). I believe the picture above is the first actual image from the episode, which takes place at Jake’s cabin.
MuchMusic also briefly blogged about the episode, saying quote “There is a love triangle. And there is a betrayal that you never saw coming.”
Ummmmmm isn’t that basically the premise every episode nowadays? Lol

In this special one-hour thriller, Jake believes his feelings for Clare are unrequited and escapes to his cottage with friends hoping one last summer bash will help him move on. When Clare crashes the party, she is horrified by what she finds. Meanwhile, Katie returns from camp to find that Bianca spent the summer getting close to Drew’s family. Katie’s jealousy overcomes her and her schemes backfire.

Yikes….I’m still holding out hope that this episode can be good, but considering Cake and Krew are two sucky ships I just don’t know now. Drianca FTW though. And [SPOILER ALERT] the quick TeenNick promo shows that the “horrifying” thing Clare finds is Jake and Alli kissing [END SPOILER ALERT].
I watched the sneak peaks of Lauren Toyota’s special “My Time @ Degrassi,” which will air right after Nowhere To Run….but unfortunately I was bored with the clips. I hope the actual show is more interesting, because I’m a big fan of behind-the-scenes stuff.

I love triangles and I will never get tired of them but I definitely don’t think that they’re dealing with them thee right way. The ultimate 3 way rltshp was ashley-craig-manny which was done seamlessly and it coursed over a season not just a couple of episodes. I hope that this new triangle will be well thought out, well excused and be coursed over atleast half a season rather than 1 episode

I’m honestly sick of just about every episode having some drama. I miss those episodes where they built up to the drama or those fun episodes like Season 2’s Drive. These days it feels like everything is a big deal & its not. This betryal might be better than Katie/Marisol, as people are more attached to them but hopefully this isn’t random & actually has some continuity to it.

I don’t expect much from this episode either. I don’t know what to expect. It’s going to be interesting seeing all these different characters interact! Not only that but in a small space which makes it even more interesting.

Eli needs a new hairstyle badly. Looks like he’s phasing out the goth thing (colors! no nail polish!) so dude really needs to get that hair checked out next.

Eh…I don’t think that matters much, but I’m sure it’ll happen eventually. I noticed every ‘dark’ character Degrassi has,they always end up losing the dark look the second season after their appearance. I’m going to miss the goth look he had.

Am I the only one curious as to why all these characters are at Jake’s cabin together? I would understand if Clare invited Alli (for Jake and Clare will now be siblings), but why Drew, Katie, Bianca, and Eli? Since when is Jake friends with them? I hope they explain this when the episode airs.

Many people think the betrayal is the obvious Alli betrays Clare with Jake but I think its someone else. Maybe Clare and Alli start having a yelling match about each others

Or we will be surprised that there might be a new couple. Bianca and Eli maybe secretly dating. Who knows? On Chloe Roses twitter she said that this season they are mixing things up.

So far we know that Clare, Alli, Drew, Eli, Jake, Bianca, Marisol, Imogen and Katie are in this episode. As to why they’re all there, Clare & Jake are becoming stepsiblings. Clare obviously invited Alli. I’m pretty sure she also invited Eli, who in turn invited Imogen. It has been stated that Jake would enter a strange friendship with Drew in the second half of the season. Assuming they’re already friends, Jake invited Drew, who invited Bianca and Katie, who invited Marisol :)

I wonder since only 3 people have vehicles (Marisol, Jake and Bianca). I think Drew, Katie and Marisol come together as do Jake and Eli. I think for some reason Bianca, Clare and Alli drive up later because Clare probably gets nervous about Jake and Eli. Then Clare cons Bianca to drive them up to the cabin.
The love triangle can be anybody.
I don’t think Imogen is going on this trip. Of what I heard from the writers the only people at the cabin is the ones you saw in the promo.

Forgot something ~~~ Or I can be wrong and its Eli, Jake , Drew, Alli and Bianca that head up and then jealous Katie, Marisol and Clare show up later because Clare knows where the cabin is.

I cant wait to watch this episode!! But the one thing immma be upset with is when Alli and Jake kisss. She belongs with Dave. I know she didnt get over him that quick. Whats wrong with her. And why would she do this to Clar her bff. Even though her and Jake arte over you just dont do that.
