& does anyone else think Fiona is going to turn into a Riley? I loved her character in season 10 but now that she’s out, I feel like all of her storylines are going to be about being a lesbian and being in relationships. I mean there is still her drinking and everything but hopefully they don’t ruin her character.

I did a play by play and not to pigeon hole everyone, but if you watch it very carefully i think Jenna is going to hit someone. I saw the blonde hair and i think she is going to hit Marisol. This would be one of the best fights. Jenna has not had the best plot lines. So this is one i will never forget.

Um, what the HELL is Anya doing with Bianca in a club? This can’t lead to anything good… It’s really weirding me out that it seems like Clare and Jake are practically making out all over the place. I feel like Clare and Eli’s relationship was much more chaste, and for her to jump to whatever she’s doing with Jake just seems so strange to me. And what the hell does Eli say at the end of that promo? This season just needs to start already, dammit.

Clare wanting to sleep with Eli made much more sense to me because they were involved with each other for awhile, but even then, it’s not like she was physically throwing herself at him. I know that Clare and Jake are technically “childhood friends”, but I think we can assume that they haven’t spoken in years, so they’re only just getting to know each other again now. I don’t know, Clare getting so physical with a guy so soon just seems OOC to me.

Actually, I highly believe for Eli that all those moments with him freaking out is probably his play he possibly wrote about Clare. And that’s why Imogen is getting attached to him…. ‘Cause of the Drama Class.
Clare is trying to “move on” when she realizes that Eli shows no emotion whatsoever about their break up.

I’m kind of surprised that at 2 weeks away, this is all they are leaving us with. Stephen has been talking about the Degrassi game non-stop on Twitter and ignores anything Now or Never-related so I think he’s gonna surprise us with a “In less than 2 weeks….” promo either tomorrow or the next day. It seems.. unlike them to not give us a promo until it’s either a week away or under a week away.

I cannot wait for the new season to start :D Today I bought the third season dvds because I felt kind of nostalgic. As much as I loved season 10 (and believe me I loved it), season 3 was soooo good. The best without a doubt. Every single episode was so intense…well except for anything Emma related, she was just a bore. I mean in 22 episodes: coming out, cutting, sex, abortion, stealing shit, abusive boyfriends! Sure it was kind of over the top but they gave time for almost every character to shine (you don’t count Hazel). Season 11 needs to balance the time for all of their characters and show really intense and dramatic episodes. Fiona’s storyline = great. Anything with Adam = great. Eclare (except the ending which was meh) = great. Don’t give up producers, I feel we might have something special this year :D

Oy, this season just looks like its just gonna be a big old let down. I guarantee this is an awful season.
Jenna, KC, Clare, Eli, and Dave are easily five of the ten worst characters in Degrassi/DegrassiTNG History.
Dave without a doubt is the worst. Never has someone combined awful acting skills, being unlikable, and having totally not-believable athletic skills…..Why is it that there Degrassi opponents sometimes have 6’6” athletic, Kobe Bryant looking players….yet Dave is 4’6”, 75 pounds and is believable as a good basketball player?

I don’t dislike Clare I just believe that when with Eli she is annoying but yeah I know this is going to be a HUGE let down ( though at least Chantay will be graduating)
it is insane right now chantay is the longest running character after season 11 that means 7 SEASONS. They need to find a black girl who actually does something or is interesting also their problem is they are adding to many characters. Liberty was only interesting in some seasons not the first 3 she SUCKED
With all these characters they do not have enough time for them all like they added Zane yet they haven’t given him his own sotryline or Owen they only included him at the very end. Here is how much each season grew in characters
1. 13 the originals
2. 15 ( 2 isn’t bad) Joey and Craig- Jake Epstein – the person they dump every storyline on just because he can act better then the others sigh why must you ruin good actors characters
3. 20!! Marco, Ellie, Caitlin Spike and then Hazel (insert useless) though all were promoted from reccurring so. . . this brought in probably my favorite character and couple you know it SELLIE and Ellie- in my opinion the most interesting character
4.19 no adds just Terri left
5. 20 Ashley leaves for Europe Sean leaves for somewhere and Mr. Raditch. . no one cares but this does bring the promotion of Ms. Hatzilakos, Alex, and Jay 2 of my favorite characters finally promoted and then peter sigh he is ok
6. 17 (finally a decrease) Graduation arrived and so left annoying characters thats right im talking to HAZEL and Caitlin and Joey though craig :( and Darcy is added ohh and J.T. DIES NOOOOO and toby was demoted he had no purpose anymore . . . or ever other than helping J.T. and he didn’t need anymore help
7. 20 7 characters added sean and Alex :( left toby was demoted (i feel bad for the actor) this brings in some newer people Holly J Mia Derek Danny Jane and damien uggh why did they include him in this season why?
8. 24 (this is where they begin to have to many) here so many characters from very early leave Paige Marco Jimmy Jay and Spike as well as another 2 degrassi actress leaving for other tv shows Shenae Grimes for 90210 and Stacy Farbor for 18 to life (Stacy probably would have left anyways but at least she is going somewhere) and here is the long list of characters added
Grade 9: Connor KC Alli and Clare (upgraded from recurring)
Grade 10: none (weird I know
Grade 11 new: Leia – who i loved in the 1st episode and then forgot about
Grade 11 upgraded: Sav Anya Chantay
Grade 12 new: Blue ( i’m not sure if he is 11 or 12 but he’s no longer there so I assume that he graduated and Riley
Grade 12: upgraded: Bruce (the Moose) Johnny
And then their is KC and that just makes me sigh another pointless character
Degrassi Goes to Hollywood: love the old characters in this closed their stories which I liked

When Clare is with Eli she is not really herself. I think in the beginning of the relationship was great. I think she was to smitten with him. To realize Eli was not all right in the head untile Jesus Etc. When Fitz came back. Eli still had to provoke Fitz again. The thing I dislike about Clare’s is she assumes to quickly without communicating with people. She had the same problem with her parents, KC and Ally. If she learn to accept failure she might be a little more happy. Eli need someone who is a little more mature and not naive… i hope Eli and Clare do not get back together. I think honestly she is using Jake.

Oh my gosh people. Let Eclare be gone for a bit. I think Eli and Clare need to date other people. They need to fiqure out if they are meant for each other. Eli really needs help to be healthy. This boy needs therapy. Sometimes love is not enough.
I am more worried about Bianca and Drew. I really don’t like them but no one deserves this random act of violence.
I think Jenna should dump KC. I realy hope he does not dump on their baby.
I think Anya is going to get herself in deep trouble with the wrong crowd and pay dearly for it later.

seriously, people keep assuming the whole “showtime” thing is a big deal, but it’s just a clip from the All Falls Down episode. It’s nothing new.
I’m really excited for this season and I seriously hope it doesn’t let me down. Everyone on here seems so dang negative. Come on guys, let’s have a little hope! It might surprise us in a good way! Haha- well you never know..
I’m seriously going to miss the grads so much. It’s not going to be the same without Holly J. She’s my favorite!! UGH.

Some people were wondering what Eli was saying at the end he said Showtime whitch comes from a season 10 clip it’s not important to season 11 at all. It will be weird without the seniors but hopefully the new characters impress and the promo was new clips old storylines. The only thing that threw me was Anya and Owen at the same place what about Dr.Chris. btw Clare and Jake are only kissing in one scene.

My predictions about: Clare, Eli, Imogen and Jake. (This is gonna be long.)
Imogen will join the Drama Class (maybe ’cause she enjoys it?) and will try out for a Play that Eli wrote. Possibly about Clare… Or somethin’. And she gets the lead, somehow. Eli and Imogen will start getting closer over it. Imogen gains feelings, but I’m not sure if he does.
So, Clare just strolls by and sees them together and assumes that Eli has moved on, when he’s actually hiding his feelings.
Clare, feeling a bit jealous, tries to act casual when inside she’s feeling What the Fishsticks?! After, she re-meets with her old pal, Jake. As well, as Alli. Alli pushes Clare to go out with him, and Clare, seeing it as a chance to move on, (rebound) goes for it.
And at home, her parents probably starts having more problems from moving to the houses.
Leaving Clare with Religion Problems.
Which leads her making-out with Jake and probably losing her V-Card.
Then, like Darcy, she will feel insecure and have them mood swings.
So at a party, say Eli accidentally bumps into Eli and from there she starts yelling at him that he never loved her and he forgot ’bout her and blah blah blah….
Jake, feeling embarrassed by her, tries to gain control over her by grabbing her. And since Clare is insecure, she panicked when Jake grabbed her, and thus, her yelling let me go.
