Just some thoughts on the First Round…
*Parcy has the largest margin of victory, beating the living daylights out of Damian/Liberty 91% – 9%.
*In a shocker, the CLOSEST matchup was Cranny vs. Marco/Dylan. This was a matchup that was literally neck and neck the entire way. Their percentage is tied at 50%, but technically Cranny wins because they had just 3 MORE VOTES than Marco/Dylan. Cranny had 376 total votes to Marco/Dylan’s 373.
*I know I’m not the only one that’s disappointed that Fadam lost to Dolly J. I knew that if they won this one, they’d have a smooth ride for at least two more rounds. It was close most of the way…Dolly J lead nearly the entire way, and never had more than a 10-vote lead until this afternoon. That’s when they started pulling away and beat Fadam by 45 votes (547-502).
*I decided to wait until now to address discussion about the voting…some people were shocked that shitty couples like Connor/LoveQueen16 were able to reach 20% in their matchup. My advice is don’t overanalyze things like that. Just because someone votes for a couple, don’t automatically assume it’s because they like them. In the case of a couple like that I’m gonna say that a majority of the voting is either 1) People who don’t care about either couple, and just randomly pick one, or 2) They HATE one of the couples (ex: JimAsh) and will vote against them no matter what.

Eek. My top four couples are represented this round, and it looks like they’ll all win this one, but the next one worries me. Jiberty will probably lose to Semma, Sellie MIGHT lose to Crash, and my other two favorites (Spane and Palex) are against each other. I am pleased that Spemma has no chance of beating Dolly J, though.

Im very upset that Fadam lost but its understandable. The couple hasn’t been fully developed and really hasn’t been intense in more than a couple episodes. Dolly J however is probably more liked just because the pairing is perfect. Holly J and Declan are practically made for each other whereas Fadam is probably more liked jus cuz Adams in the relationship.

i voted sav/holly j. i really don’t think they have that much chemistry, but i really dislike fitz/clare after the latest episode with fitz being all creepy. also, fitz/clare has had so little time to build up that i can’t justify voting for them, fitz seems more like a rift in eclare’s relationship than his own relationship.
also, it’s not like sav/holly j or fitz/clare is going to even come close to winning, so its not a big deal haha

I’m srry lol it just pissed me off cuz I never really liked sav and holly j. It’s so un fair how an awsome couple like Declan and holly j just got ruined. I always hate the person that comes between a couple I really like. For example I fell in love with klare!!! Then that stupid bitch Jenna came and ruined everything. Never liked her never will. I also don’t give a shit about kc anymore either cuz them breaking up pissed me off so much. And it’s the same thing with solly j. I feel like sav ruined Declan and holly j’s chance of getting back together so I’m not really liking him anymore. But o well at least when klare broke up Clare ended up with Eli and that was like the best thing to ever happen <3

In my opinion, it was Declan himself that destroyed his relationship with Holly J. And this is coming from a very big fan of Dolly J, haha. He created the pedestal that Holly J mistakenly tried to live up to, and that changed her for the worse. If it wasn’t for her desperate goal to get to Yale to be with Delcan, Holly J would’ve never stolen from Fiona. She based her happiness and life around a guy, and I hate that Holly J more than the bitchy Holly J from Season 7. Plus he tried using money as a way to mend the problems of their relationship. That’s just not right. Money does not solve everything, and he should’ve never tried to do that.
I absolutely despised Sav/Holly J in the beginning because the relationship began superficially. But Sav’s been good to her and stuck by her even when she cheated. And Holly J no longer has to feel the pressure to be perfect. I’ll never love Sav/Holly J the way I love Dolly J, but I can see why the relationship works.

It is my opinion and I’m sure you’ve felt the same about another couple some other time so plz don’t call me shallow becuz like I said I’m sure you’ve felt the same about another couple. Wow I’m surprised dolly j beat fadam. I’m happy about it though since I loove dolly j. I think they can beat fitz and Clare or sav and holly j next round. There is no doubt in my mind they will beat spemma. However after that they will prob be up against Semma. :( Dolly j stands no chance.

Eclare is certainly a strong contender, but EVERYONE (even a big Eclare/Eli fan like me) is getting sick of both the couple and the character because they are constantly shoved down our throats and the fangirls are ruining them, haha. I think it could go to anyone that will make the final four.
