I think the answer is given in this post. Its a shooting death. That tells me its either 1. Eli/Fitz….most likely Fitz, or Dave since his dad is a cop and he has easy access to a gun.

I think they are going to kill off Holly J. They have never had a student die of an illness before. Also, Holly J is in grade 12 and going off to Yale next year. Since her and Declan are the only ones going, they might not have enough for a story line, like they did with Paige/Marco/Ellie and Emma/Manny/Liberty.

Fitz will be the one who dies. It will be in a way that only Eli knows and no one will be around to see it. Its going to be a shooting death, so Clare will always have her suspicion that Eli did it, but never know the truth. I’m sure Adam will be in the backround watching Eli kill Fitz but Eli wont know she/he is there.
