It’s Sweetheart Week at Degrassi. Fiona and Adam are back on track — maybe. Anya’s in love — but not of age. And even Dave found a girlfriend — if he can get over himself.

Sweetheart Week hits DEGRASSI and Adam is shocked by his newfound connection with Fiona. That is until Fiona’s drinking habits become out of control. I’m confused about the Anya plot where it says “not of age”. Anya is a senior, so 17 or 18, and the age of consent in Canada is 16 isn’t it?

Age of consent just means you can have sex,etc. Not have sex with someone 21+ even though 99% of hoes do it

OH… MY… Someone on Twitter found this LEGIT book on Amazon called DARK MOON. It has Julia’s exact face FROM THE PICTURE on it, and it HASN’T BEEN PUBLISHED YET. WTF???

What if Julia doesn’t exist and he creates her in his mind after reading the book! Like she was his imaginary girlfriend. His mom did say they tried getting him mental help so what if that’s another thing he went through mentally.

The Julia thing is probably because the picture is a stock advertising photo, and both Degrassi and the book publisher bought the picture from the same company. Or they were really cheap and stole it off the internet.

To go along with the theory of Julia not actually existing.. How much do we know about Joey’s dead wife, Julia? As far as I can remember she wasn’t mentioned much other than her death. It seems hard to believe that the writers would create a second Julia in the show, that we never see because she died before the associated character was introduced.
What if the girl on the cover is actually Joey’s Julia, and some mental disorder with Eli causes him to become obsessed with her? I mean sure, there is the whole thing about Julia’s “death date” but maybe the date actually refers to some other event that Eli just associates with her death.
Also, I can’t remember where I saw it, but I saw a freeze frame from the upcoming episodes where Eli is outside of a book story looking distraught. But it could also be something along the lines of Julia’s parents sold her pictures to a company to put on the cover of the book and it upsets Eli.

That’s a thought, but it could be that Degrassi uses the same name for a certain type of character. For instance, Heather Sinclair and Heather Poulette. Both are unseen overachievers that give the rest of the students something to work to.
So for Joey and Eli to both have dead lovers named Julia wouldn’t be that big of a deal. You have to keep in mind also the massive age difference. (He’d be maybe half her age)

Okay, same picture, big deal. If you read the release date and the description you would see that it probably has nothing to do with Degrassi at all. Not only is it the second book of a series but it is also about witches and werewovles and other fictional things. Plus, the release date is Feb 1 and the first time we even see EClare(and Julia) next is in march. My guess, it’s just a coincedence.

Well i saw this story once where a women (nine months pregnant) was killed by a women unable to have children. Shen then cut her open and took the baby our of the women’s womb AND IT SURVIVED. i know its a very extremely small posibility, but what do we possibly know exactly is going to happen.

I got it! Fitz needs a place to stay so he asks Eli and Clare if he can stay at 1 of their places. Eli of course says no but Clare…. Actually says yes and Eli is having a tuff time dealing with it which is what may tear them apart?? What do u think guys good prediction???

This actually sounds logical, though Clare’s parents are brought into the equation. Remember in the Season 7 premiere when they found out about Peter and Darcy, and how they didn’t want her with him because of their past together (Darcy’s racy photos, the roof raping, etc.)? I find it impossible for Clare’s parents to not know about what happened the night of the dance in All Falls Down. If Fitz does show up and asks for a place to stay, the writers are going to have to find a way to work around the parents situation, seeing as how they don’t want their ‘little girl’ to get hurt, because they’ve already had to let Darcy go.

Ooo good point maybe she’ll sneak fitz around her parents some how like maybe fitz goes out while her parents come over or fitz climbs up to clares bedroom window at night and that’s how he gets in and then goes to bed where ever he sleeps or maybe even fitz plays the good guy card and charms his way into staying with the Edwards cuz they feel bad he has nowhere to go but I guess will just have to wait and see

I emailed Echobridge Ent. about the release of the “Boiling point” and the 2nd half of season 10 being released on DVD and one of the creative directors emailed me back saying
“The entire season x will be delivered to us by August 1st. It will be 44
episodes we should be releasing shortly after delivery.

I wasn’t really playing at a “foreshadowing” type of thing, I just thought it was interesting that Spinner started picking on Emma literally right as she walked in the door on her first day at Degrassi, and they ended up married.

Finally Anya has a plot again! I’ve been missing her. I know she’s been involved in plenty of other people’s plots (i.e. the date with Wesley), but she hasn’t been the perspective character since MBIAC. im intrigued by the dr. chris thing . . . remember, he thinks she’s in college . . . i never would have pegged anya to be in a Paige/Mr. O situation, but she’s changed a lot since being Sav’s gf.

There’s no more breaks thank goodness lol that’s just all they have for info right now. Jesus Ect (2) and the rest of the episodes will probably be released one by one when the show comes back on.

Im really excited for everything BUT bianca and drew. Dont get me wrong, I like then both alot, but the storyline just feels kinda boring ya know?
On the other hand i am super excited for Eli and Claire storlines. I know some people were tired of them, and i was a little tired as well, but i love Fitz and Eli drama…
Most of all I cannot wait for Adam and Fiona. Although thanks to teennick promos that surprise was spoiled.

Yes! The Way We Get By description makes me happy. I felt so bad for Alli. Whenever soemthing bad happens in highschool, the girl almost always gets the baklash, it’d be nice to see Drew get a taste of the pain he caused Alli.

Hi. I know that the episode I’m talking about is a fairly long way away, but I just had a thought. The last episode of season 10, Drop the World is set on the anniversary of Julia’s death. We also know that Stephen has said this is no coincidence and that somewhere in season 10 something happens between Eli and Clare which could possibly end with Eli committing suicide. This might be just a little bit obvious, but I was thinking that the last episode may be a cliffhanger in which we don’t know that fate of Eli. We’ve also seen a picture of Eli and what we are pretty sure is Julia. I think this may mean that Eli will go into some kind of limbo state, possibly from being in a coma, and I think Julia will talk to him and try to convince him to either come with her to the afterlife or go back to Clare and fix things. Again, I would like to say that everything I’ve just said could be completely obvious to everyone else, but I just wanted to put it out there.

About Jesus Etc, I think that Fitz will probably want to become a christian, which explains why he’d want to talk to Clare and why the episode would be called Jesus Etc. As part of becoming a christian, one of the things he’ll have to do is repent, one way of which he will have to do by apologising to Eli and such. Anyway, thats just my opinion

I remember somebody else suggested a while back (during the Boiling Point) that Eli is a lot like Harold, from the movie Harold and Maude. He’s rather…macabre and drives a hearse, at the very least.
Depending on your familiarity with this movie, you may or may not know that Harold fakes his own suicide…Pretty frequently.
So, maybe Eli “committing suicide” will actually turn into Eli “pretending to commit suicide”.
