Well the last Spring Break special they did (Season 7) was called Bust a Move in Canada. I assume they’ll be giving it a different name in the US

Because I KNOW teennick/much are going to have a break towards the last couple episodes, then bring back Degrassi around May to end the season just so the crew can film enough episodes so they can make a preview for the Boiling Point PART 2(that’s what I’m calling it XD)

I’m pumped for 2011!! Can’t wait!! Here’s what I think (oh, btw, this is in the order of the promo)
1. Alli is “back.” Remember she never left she just changed schools.
2. Anya and Dr. Chris seem to be getting along very well (thanks to Wesley).
3. Bianca is back from suspension. I’m thinking that she finds out about Adam and Fiona just by the way Adam looks and the way Bianca looks.
4. Fitz is back. Some people think he is going to hurt Clare or Eli but I think he came to Clare for help. Maybe he wants a second chance and to be forgiven?
5. Riley and Zane!! So Riley’s mom catches them. I’m sure she doesn’t want to believe it and Riley doesn’t want her to believe it so that will probably cause a lot of tension between Riley and his mom and maybe even between Riley and Zane.
6. Sav is angry at Alli, not sure why? I’m thinking that maybe Alli wants to return to Degrassi and that’s causing a lot of arguments in their house. Alli looks genuinely upset so maybe her whole family is mad at her and that’s why she runs away. We she her in a disguise but I’m guessing that someone (Sav, Dave, or Drew) find her and come to her side,
7. Fadam. Just to be clear, we don’t actually see them kissing on the couch. By the bottles on the table, I think that Fiona was drinking and Adam was just trying to help her out, you know, helping her sit or lay down, when Holly J walks in and gets the wrong idea.
8. Eli, Morty, and mystery girl. It’s Clare by the looks of the curly hair and the piece of jean jacket we can see. Who’s the guy in front of the car? Might be Fitz. Realize that the car stops before hitting him so maybe Clare doesn’t want to hurt him but Eli does.
9. Alli obviously doesn’t want to be found because she is tearing down the missing posters.
10. Fadam kiss. Someone made a good point that Fiona kissed Adam because her head is tilted and his isn’t. Maybe he wasn’t ready for that yet or Fiona still doesn’t know he’s FTM. However, I’m thinking Fiona won’t care when she does find out. Notice that Adam is wearing a tie (not the same as Halo pt. 2) but the same as All Falls Down.
11. Drew plays the drums. Who’s dancing? Bianca, we know she’s a dancer and into Drew. Maybe a new relationship this time (this also might affect Alli running away?)
12. Alli getting mugged or robbed? Not sure what’s going on there.
13. Fiona is drinking again. Maybe due to a family loss (rumor has it Declan is going to comitt suicide)
14. Connor and Wesley. Maybe something happens between Anya and Wesley so Connor gives his buddy a high five.
15. Drew is high. Thinking Bianca has something to do with that. We know from the previous Jenna episodes that Bianca has access to medication/drugs so maybe she convinces Drew to take some.
Extra:
1. Rumor has it that the new character, Sadie, is going to try to steal Eli from Clare. I know nothing about that except that with everything EClare has gone through, there’s probably not much that can break them apart.
2. Remember that Julia, Eli’s old gf, died when she got hit by a car on her bike after they fought (i think that’s right) so maybe in the car when Clare is about to hit Fitz, Eli has a relapse and stops her.
3. The death rumor. Chances are there will be a death because it’s Degrassi. Many people says it’s Declan or Anya’s mom. My guess: Declan. Anya’s mom isn’t a big enough character to die, it wouldn’t affect enough people. Declan’s death would affect Holly J, Fiona, probably Sav (cause of Holly J), maybe Adam (cause of Fiona), and any other member of Degrassi.
4. Why didn’t Fiona show to the party? I have two guesses. Guess number one: Declan died, sad. but possible. Guess two: she is a senior and Adam is a sophmore. Moreover, she is the hottest senior and Adam is kinda an outcast sophmore. Maybe she’d not ready for people to see them together.

I thought Adam and Eli were juniors because in that episode when Clare had to give her reading about how she wished her mom would tell her about the divorce Sav announced her as a smart girl who was in advanced grade 11 English

glad to see they’re going to keep airing episodes after the “valentine’s special” (because of course that’s what they’ll refer to “when love takes over” as), instead of airing a valentiny thing in february and then waiting till spring to start airing regularly again. i guess the networks are content to finish off this season earlier than usual, since the next season is starting earlier too (in july, instead of october like it used to)

Stephen Stohn tweeted that Season 10 would be broken up into two DVD sets and the Boiling Point half could come out before the episodes come back.

I think it might be Riley that dies in the end. Remember he was looking up gay sports people that have been killed. I think that word spreads that he’s going to play for some college and some people come into the school with a gun and shoot him.
I also think it could be Mr Simpson (Snake) because Stephen is directing more and more. And remember, he has cancer.
I don’t have the quote but I remember Stephen Stohn tweeted saying that death is a part of life or something like that. On the other hand, I heard it would be as “epic” as the Rick shooting so that leads me back to Riley.
I don’t think it will be Declan because, what, he comes back for one more episode just to die? “Hi, Degrassi, love you Holly J *takes bullet to head.*” How lame would that be?

I think its a general consensous that Declan dies. and while i agree it would be lame for him jus to show up and ie, i think the writers wouldn’t make it so obvious. They might not even bring Declan baco, they might just have him die in NY and news travels back to Degrassi and we just see tye aftermath.

I still think that would be lame. I know Declan is leaving the show but I think that either he will come back for one more episode to end up with HJ or Love Lockdown was his send-off. I think it’s weird people are assuming that Declan is going to die because he is leaving the show when all the seniors are leaving.

The seniors aren’t graduating until mid season 11 so Declan wud be gone way before his graduation. Honestly, I think Declan wud be too easy to kill off but the rumor is he left the show to do other shows and they can’t keep him til graduation.

Honesty I believe no one would die… I think they just covered the Card of Lovers & Death in the Promo…
Lovers- Eli and Clare, of course they became lovers!
Death- Don’t you remember how Eli looked at Clare when she pulled the card… I think it was covering the the death of Julia, his ex-Girlfriend…

PREDICTION:now this might sound a bit dumb lol but what if when fitz shows up at clare’s door, what the video dosent show is fitz grabing clare and taking the phone away (im like 95% sure thats eli on the phone)and talking into the phone saying i have your girlfriend, or if you want your girlfriend to live do what i say… you know something along the lines of that.
o and i just want to clear this up, guys the shark in the water promo was only for the boiling point. so the death card does not stand for a character dying when degrassi returns in the fall. it stood for the whole julia thing.

I believe that Clare might be talking to Alli about whatever… Such as Her coming back to Degrassi or Her wanting to run away! I think they might to a Plot cross over… Like they did on Umbrella.
Umbrella- Clare was having trouble with her parents and she wanted to spend a night with Eli! But he turned her down!
Adam and Drew are fighting over Fiona (Not exactly but kind of!)
The Crossover- Adam was leaning against the locker, and Clare walked by Him; they started talking about Eli.
Again Adam met Clare at Eli’s house and gave her the combination to his room!
I just wanted to make sure you guys understand a plot crossover. But back to the topic… I think Alli storyline plot and Clare storyline plot are going to connected… I love Alli Bhandari! Best character on the show!

I am most excited for the Clare and Eli scene. It could be anything! Personally I hope that they don’t make it into him just liking her and wanting to talk. I want BIG drama because eil/Clare stories have so much potential
for that. I don’t want Clare to die but if she got hurt or he just scared her or something it would create huge drama. Also I laff every time drew is high haha he’s a good actor. Ane Jenna alwasnt so bad in the episodes towards the break and I’m somewhat excited for her storyline. Mostly because jc is being a dad again…
