Just a tad bit of commentary….for you old schoolers, the description of Innocent When You Dream sounds like it’s a remake of the Degrassi High episode Dream On, where Arthur spent the entire episode fantasizing over Caitlin.
A Riley episode? I’m on board…I can’t wait.
The whole Declan being unable to say “I love you” also sounds a lot like a certain someone who couldn’t say the “L” word to another certain someone, then ended up sleeping with someone else (aka this ep sounds like Should I Stay or Should I Go v2.0). But Holly J and Declan are strong characters and I like them, so it should be decent at least.

After Keep On Loving You, that’s it for Degrassi for a while. May 28 – June 20 TeenNick will be doing something called “Movie-Splosion,” where every night they’ll air a movie at 9pm. That of course means the very EARLIEST Degrassi Takes Manhattan could air is on Friday, June 21st.

i would laugh SO HARD at clare if she was having twilight-related dreamns! (especially since whenever my mom walks by and im watching degrassi, she sees declan and goes, “he looks just like that vampire boy from twilight,” and im like, “NO, MOM! if he looked like edward cullen, i would have to hate him forever.”)

hey kary when does the rest of my life part 1-4 air because they have ben seniors for about a year and a half. i also think degrassi she be more around the school year because it an get confusing. but degrasii is my fave. show right now.also they can take the shows 2 the nxt level because some are very safe

I know, right? And, uhm, kary? Not tryin’ to be a downer on things, but according to my phone’s calendar, June 21st is a Monday, so the earliest Degrassi Takes Manhattan could possibly air is June 25th, with Season 10 starting on June 28th. It’s good we don’t have to wait two months for an overhyped season. Season 9 is GREAT, but you have to admit it’s been wayyy too hyped up, what with the 10,000 it’s about to get reals and what not. The thing that I like about Season 10 already is that it’s not being too hyped up(yet haha). But with 24 episodes in 2-3 months, i’m sure the hype is coming soon.

Any word if CTV (or that other channel) is going to air the last episodes of Degrassi and the movie? I think it’ll be sad if the US finishes Degrassi before Canada. Not that I mind too much since I live in the US, but still. Must be a slap to the face to the Canadians who actually watch it.

I hope the subplots relate to the main plot, like in Beat It, instead of them being completely random, like Broken Promises. This is what I would like to see:
Innocent When You Dream: While Clare is dreaming about “sexy vampire Declan”, Anya is dreaming about getting back together with Sav.
In Your Eyes: After Riley’s is on a date with another guy his secret is revealed around Degrassi, but will one of Declan’s and Fiona’s family secrets also be revealed?
Keep On Loving You: Delcan can’t tell Holly J that he loves her and Clare overhears their conversation, so is now the perfect time to hit on Declan?

Scott Patterson (Johnny) Tweeted “Visiting Epitome, set of Degrassi today. Great to see everyone again. Great memories here.” so it sounds like he won’t be returning to Degrassi next season.

I think: When going over plans for Manny’s marriage to Jay, her and Spinner rehash over old times.(classic hookup) Declan catches them doing so. Declan calls Jane and tells her about the situation(the emma/spinner scenes would be about the hookup). Jane crashes the(wedding) in order to confront manny. After their fight, Manny texts Spinner and tells him about Declan and Jane. Spinner is driving to the wedding. He sees Declan walking across the street, and punches him in the face. Later, he and Jane(breakup#1) break up, stating that they were always better apart. Meanwhile, at the altar, Manny can’t bring herself to say “I do” and storms off(breakup#2). In the end, Emma and Manny decide to go back to Smithdale, and the movie ends with them going in that direction.

Here are the apparent plots(who they involve: A Plot-Declan, Fiona, Jane, Holly J. B Plot-Spinner, Declan, Manny, Jane C Plot-Emma D Plot-Peter, Sav, Danny, Spinner,Jane(STUDz, by the looks of it. This would fit the title, as everyone in the band but Sav has graduated, and they’d have to decide what they’re gonna do with the rest of their lives.)
