This isn’t shocking news, but Degrassi is officially absent from CTV’s winter lineup (which was released a couple days ago). Degrassi will be pre-empted by the NFL Playoffs at the beginning of the year, and of course nearly every show on CTV will be pre-empted by the Winter Olympics for almost all of February.
So if we’re lucky, Degrassi *might* return to CTV in March or April.
No word yet on TeenNick’s plans for Degrassi in 2010. My prediction is that they’ll return at some point in February, with “Waiting For A Girl Like You” and/or “Somebody” being their Valentine’s Day episodes. Or they might wait till March/April-ish.

well thanks alot for this information, i had forgot to check for new episodes after the last time it hadnt aired, i wish i had still forgotten now instead of having to deal with this heartbreak

I NEED DEGRASSI TO COME OUT RIGHT NOW, its been my favorite show since i was like.. 9 years old and im a lot older than that now.
i own every season – and watching all of them for the third time is not that fun – so.. i need new ones.
