Below is a list of the tracks…notice that some of them are only available by downloading the entire album. There’s also 2 bonus tracks, remixes of Cassie’s “Life is a Show” and “Crash My Party.” If you read this blog post before I updated it, I talked about how pointless it is to have Degrassi bands like Downtown Sasquatch, Studz, etc. on the show, and never put their music on a soundtrack. At least they put a Studz song on there (even if it is only :34 seconds), and most of the songs are by degrassi talent (Cassie and Jake).
And of course below is the link to the Soundtrack List page, where you can find out what songs played in a specific episode of Degrassi.

Song on the episode Jane says part one when Danny and Leah are talking about why she lied about knowing Fall out Boy. It goes something like, “Going counterclockwise, to look into your eyes, just so you realize…” Its not included on the song credits and I cant find it anywhere!

I’m not really sure. :-( I’m assuming it’s either “Get Back” by Public, or “Tongue Tied” by Ash Keilyn. They’re both listed in the credits, but when I googled those songs I couldn’t find ANYTHING about them. Degrassi’s pretty big on featuring Canadian artists, and some of the artists can be so unknown that there isn’t anything about them online.

OK i did some hunting and looking and tracked down Ash Keilyn she is part of a band called scout but i found them on face book then found her and asked about tounge tied here is her reply
The song tongue tied is a new song and will be included on our next release.
I am in the process now of getting that together.

Hi. I just saw the “uptown girl pt 1” episode and i was wondering what is the song that starts when mia walks through her hall on her new model shoes and everyone stares at her? it goes something like “she stepped in the room….it was like boom boom….” somethinhg like that. and where can i find it??

That song is called “Hands Up” by Nathan Brown. The problem is I googled him and his song 20 different ways and couldn’t find anything about him. :-/ Like I mentioned in an earlier reply sometimes Degrassi uses virtually unknown artists, and you aren’t going to find a single thing about those artists online.

Nathan brown Is from Edmonton Alberta Canada, he was a contestant on Canadian idol as well as the bounce show down and pop stars the one. He is on my friends list on Facebook and I’m sure if you look for him you will be able to find him, he also uses the name MrNatural. you might find some stuff on http://www.YouTube.com
