If you didn’t already know, the fine folks at Epitome have their own official Facebook page for Degrassi.  This is completely different from the Degrassi Facebook page owned and run by TeenNick, which virtually wastes its potential to interact with its 3.3 million subscribers.  Degrassi Epitome is run by the show’s on-set social media team, and they’ve started the process of adding to its page extensive photo galleries for all of the Season 12 episodes.  Whenever MuchMusic and TeenNick post gallery or episodic pics, keep in mind they only post a ridiculously small fraction of the photos actually taken.  You can click here to check out the galleries that have been uploaded so far.

The Degrassi Epitome facebook is an extension of Degrassi’s social media brand, which interacts with and promotes fan content through this as well as its Twitter , Tumblr and Google+ pages.

FYI:  Degrassi’s Google+ Hangout with Munro happens today at 5pm EST.  The entire thing will be livestreamed here.  If you can’t watch, the full video chat will be uploaded afterward.
