Really? just think… Eli Vs drew? who would win that fight? if Eli isn’t mad at him them there’s nothing he can do. he told Clare he was going to be there for the kid, NOT before he was born. Eli could mess Drew up. so if Drew steps up he’s getting hit. & if Clare tries to stop it I can see her not wanting to be with either of them or Eli accidentally punching or pushing her. I don’t even pay attention to them anymore. after watching the past episodes I don’t care anymore. Drew protecting Clare is like this 1 time i’m walking home & I see a sign on the fence of this mansion that says “beware of dog” & this small ass Pomeranian yappin.. the sign is a lie! so Drew is not protection! if Eli aint mad at him then he needs to back off! he’s already mad enough
& giving him someone else to be mad at makes things worse. man I wanna see what his Blood Pressure levels are.. I bet he has hypertension. but the guy 1st came wanting to surprise her in 13C to find her tits 95% out an then in 13D he confesses his love for her so what do you expect? no guy is just gunna be ok with that. is sending her to visit Luke. her mom wants Becky to “apologize” to Luke for putting him in there. because if she hadn’t of testified he would of gotten free. an Zoe chill? NEVER gunna happen! but I love that smart remark Frankie said. she looks so pissed, I think the end of this plot based on the snippets we saw she is going to tell Zoe off again & leave. & I hope the girls follow. an I hope she’s not captain during the firestarter episode.
an lastly.. Zoe is a Bitch.. FDB! she better get in trouble soon. she keeps messing things up every episode. she’s a bully! but this thing with Frankie she cant fix. if I were her i’d pull Zoe’s pants (or skirt) down in front of everyone then walk away & i’d tell the principle I did it! if I were Becky i’d lay Zoe down! then i’d push her to the wall & tell her to leave, then i’d tie her to the flag pole.
(I did those things before in high school, without getting suspended)

I am also doubting this, I feel as though it was just assumed. I thought it was interesting how Drew’s mother was the first person to bring up a paternity test, maybe a foreshadowing one or that it really isn’t Drew’s. I feel like the show has been hinting a lot that it may not be Drew’s.

I still think it’s Drew but it’s degrassi so who knows … Clare said she was 9 weeks (assuming based on her last menstrual period) but if it was confirm through ultrasound then it would be Drews … But they didn’t mention ultrasound so it can be either … But with degrassi going the miscarriage route … We will never know.

I think Clare didn’t have sex with Eli for months until it happened with Drew. So she would know the difference between being pregnant for 9 weeks or 6 months.

@Kyla it’s really the only option now that abortion is off the table. The school year is almost over and Clare is very early in her pregnancy. They’re not going to send Clare off still pregnant.

And they’re also not going to have Clare have the baby only to ship her off and not show her raising it. A Clare baby would be the equivalent of Spike and Emma…they’d find a way to establish that kid as a new character in the next 15 years or so.

people with bipolar disorder aren’t dangerous. Stop assuming that they’re monsters, that’s ignorant. And Eli’s story with the illness tied up with him taking the proper medication, going to therapy, and managing it. He’s not going to lash out and hurt Clare or Drew, and if he does then the writers are a bunch of idiots and fail at continuity.

There is no reason to attack people, its their opinion. Everyone sees things differently. Drew is just protecting Clare and his baby. We have no idea what provokes the fight but I have an idea who did and its not Drew. Yes Eli is entitled to be angry, yes Drew was a butt. Also remember Eli cheated and was very distant with Clare thats why her eyes wandered. Drew also wanted a relationship with Clare but realized he would be a rebound. Are fans forgetting that too. And yes, the way he did it was shitty. As for THE NOW, Drew is trying to make peace with Eli for Clare and Eli is not dealing with it. And yes this will effect Clare. Please don’t fight me on this as again we all see thing differently.

Why is Eli even still around…I get he’s attached to Clare’s plot but I just feel like the character has overstayed their welcome. Degrassi has made me accustomed to letting characters go after they’ve graduated or have been “black-holed”.
I’m also pretty sure Drew is the father because I can’t recall the last time Clare physically slept with Eli, other than prom night. She was also just a couple weeks pregnant before going to New York for her Columbia interview and spending the night at Eli’s. So by the timeline alone, I feel we know the paternity of the baby.
Either way this is a messy situation for Clare, and she’s going to have to deal with the fact that nothing is going to be easy after a baby comes into the picture.
I’m torn about Becky’s plot because I want to see the confrontation between her and her brother but I’m not sure how this whole band distraction thing will work out. I’m sure she meets the new guy Jonah (that’s his name right?). I guess that will be interesting to see. I’m not a fan of Becky/Drew.

Everyone keeps saying Eli will beat up Drew. Drew knows mixed martial arts, he would destroy Eli.lol. Eli doesn’t really have a good record on fights. Beat up by Fitz dozens of times, he barely beat Dallas. Drew got jumped but he never lost one on one.

So, I didn’t watch Degrassi last season so I could be majorly off on this, but I don’t think that Drew is the father. When Eli found out about Clare’s pregnancy he seemed to accept responsibility and think the baby was his. Clare hasn’t gotten an ultrasound, which screams plot device because my OBGYN gave me an ultrasound at like 8 weeks and Clare should be farther along than that so her doctor saying it isn’t necessary seems to be a way to drag out the idea that Drew is the father. I don’t know the last time Eclare had sex or when he visited from New York, but I think when Clare gets an ultrasound she will find out that she is farther along than she realized. I think this will happen after evrything has settled and everyone is on the same page about the baby then all of their planning will be shot to hell and Drew’s world will be rocked, causing him to do something stupid I’m sure. Also, a girl can still have her period when she is pregnant so her last period is not a guaranteed indicator of how far along she is.
