I don’t think Adam ever had a crush on Clare. I might be wrong, but I don’t remember that. I always felt Becky and Drew wouldn’t be involved romantically, but this is Degrassi so anything is possible.

Yet again Degrassi has pulled the rug from under me when I saw hope for an intriguing platonic relationship between two characters that had to deal with the death of someone they both loved. I was getting flashbacks with the scenes of Drew and Becky in the forest (possibly the same one Adam was driving through when he crashed), and after seeing this promo, I feel like the only one that remembers Adam. It’s hard for me to buy either Drew or Becky to be attracted to each other like that after the history between them and Adam. And hell Drew still knows about Adam and Imogen. Also I was really hoping to see some character growth from Drew by not having him get involved with a girl for a while after seeing the previous two attempts with Zoe and Clare failing. And I have not seen enough between Drew and Becky to consider them a couple. And I know that they may be getting ready to kiss just because of the heat of the storm and emotions just run wild, but I feel like in the end it’s just gonna be a drama overkill.

I could buy Becky being emotionally drawn to Drew, especially given everything that’s happened with the trial. She had to testify against her brother and it’s looking like her parents are basically telling her “Fuck you.” She has no one, so if Drew is the only one reaching out it could be the same kind of thing for her in terms of her being drawn to “Sir Excellence” earlier.
Drew on the other hand? There’s no reason for it. Dude you LITERALLY just had a conversation with her about Adam. People are acting like it’s impossible for Drew to like or be attracted to so many girls in one season, but at the same time he’s a guy…he’s going to be drawn to anything with a vagina.
BUT the line in the sand is drawn when it comes to Becky, and Drew should know this. This wouldn’t be Drew going 1 step forward, 2 steps back, it’d be like 10 steps back into a wormhole of nonsense. Here’s to hoping TeenNick’s promo is being overdramatic as usual, because any legit Becky/Drew pairing put a dent in all of the positive momentum the show’s made during 13C and 13D.

I’m still rooting for Drew & Clare. Eli & Clare are so messed up this season there is no way they can fix it in one EP. I think Eli needs to move forward and so does Clare. I’m hoping that after Drew & Becky kiss they find it awkward and feel nothing. I think Drew & Becky are in a true vulnerable state of mind for different reasons. Becky feeling lonely and displace with her family. And Drew mixed feelings with Clare. That is believable. For Zig, Maya & Zoe I hope they work out there differences. I can see a strong friendship with these 3. As for Tris & Miles i don’t even know, I still think Miles is bisexual and doesn’t know it yet.

The Degrassi writers really need to get a rest or quit their job if they’re gonna keep doing dumb things like this, there is absolutely no excuse or reasonable argument to pair those two up, it is completely wrong and disgusting ADAM DATED HER LIKE WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?!?!?! And more Eclare drama like is that really necessary? Just get rid of Eli he has served his purpose on the show, GET RID OF HIM! Apart from the big storm, this season finale is looking pretty awful and stupid

1) I’m kind of upset about the possibility of the Drew/Clare storyline being abandoned when we never really got to see how they function as an official couple. At the same time, this is a situation that happens a lot in real life. Girl (Clare) falls for guy (Drew). Guy falls for girl as well but ends up losing interest and getting with another girl (Becky), making the other girl feel upset and betrayed. My guess is that Clare is going to go to New York, and she and Eli are going to be over for good. She’s going to come back all ready to start a relationship with Drew, only to find out that he and Becky have something going on. What’s interesting about a possible Clare-Drew-Becky triangle is that Becky and Clare have had similar progressions on the show. They both started off as the super religious girls on the show who ended up questioning their beliefs in some way or another. They’re different in terms of how they present themselves, though. I think Clare has more of an “I don’t take crap from anyone” personality.
2) Even if Becky and Drew get together, I don’t see it lasting. Let’s face it. Although Drew is one of my favorite characters, he’s not the type of guy who is trustworthy in a relationship given his past. Becky is precisely the type of girl to be taken advantage of by Drew, considering she falls into the category of being innocent and naive. I could see Drew dumping her if she doesn’t have sex with him. Either that or Drew probably won’t feel comfortable with the idea of taking another girl’s virginity after what happened with Zoe.

I hope you’re right.. I can’t see Drew just forgetting his feelings for Clare. I hope becky & Drew laugh the kiss off and they realize they are just friends. Even Becky’s knows and picked up about Drew & Clare liking each other. The whole Becky & Drew thing is just weakness & loneliness.
As for Clare & Eli I don’t think they get back together In the promos Clare looks like she doesn’t want to be there an very uncomfortable. I know she loves him but I think she maybe done. I think she really does still have real feelings for Drew. Drew is so insecure he probably thinks Eli & Clare will get back together and hes maybe trying to move on?? Who knows. There is no way Eli & Clare can rekindle there mess of relationship in one EP. I can see Clare forgiving him but not taking him back especially right now. I wonder if Clare gets into Columbia thats another question.

I am also against Drew/Becky. However, it still beats Drew/Clare. If there’s a love triangle, I’m Team Becky all the way, just because it would be so, so satisfying to see the Mary Sue lose for once.

Yeah, but Clare is an annoying melodramatic Mary Sue who doesn’t deserve all of the attention she gets from males. Plus, there’s that comment she made about not knowing how to be single. Both she and Drew need to be single, preferably for the rest of their time on the show.

I don’t see Becky and Clare fighting over Drew…at all. If Clare genuinely still wanted Drew – she’d have already said so. And after Tuesday night…I see Drew either tucking tail and running from Clare like his ass is on fire or stepping up to finally be the “good guy” he claims to be.

You know what really sucks.. I have hated almost every Degrassi finale. I know this will be on my list. The only thing I’m looking forward too is the storm. I don’t like Drecky or Eclare pairing well mostly Eli…. Triles I’m not sure and why the heck is Maya & Zoe fighting. I thought they were ok. It seems the writers are making Clare & Drew go backwards it very pathetic. I thought Drew still has feelings for Clare but was holding back because of him thinking Clare was his rebound. TBH ‘Believe’ should have been the finale. This finale is absurd and pointless. I am sorry to piss some fans off but this is how I feel and I think this is my last season of this show. I’m tired of the producers & writers glorifying unhealthy relationships and making Clare look like a fool for caving into Eli’s BS. They cater and piss everyone else off because of Eli… Whats so special about this guy.. NOTHING.

I know there’s a history of Drew and Adam liking the same girls (Bianca, Fiona) but Becky and Drew??? GMAB! Can ANY of these characters JUST be friends when they’re not dating?!?! I was looking forward to a Becky/Drew FRIENDSHIP, I hope they realize that either they’re just looking for support from someone who was the closest thing to Adam or in this season finale they show a true development as to why these 2 characters would be trying to be together rather than the typical “oops we have 2 characters that are stragglers, let’s put them together” formula Degrassi writers use!

For Eclare : put those 2 togheter and move on!let them have that fairy tale ending!let them live happily ever after and have lots of kids! I don’t think Maya’s problem with Zoe has anything to do with Zig. I think it has to do with what came out at Zoe’s trial during Winston’s testimony – that Miles and Zoe almost made out. Which Maya DOES have a right to be mad about – whether she and Miles were in a fight or not. He came pretty close to cheating on her, and at that point of the evening, Zoe was still alert enough to know better – and to remember it happening, because if you’ll remember, Miles was the first person she went to after, asking questions, because she thought maybe whatever had happened had been with him.
Maya and Zoe are supposed to be friends now – so yes, Maya probably views it as a betrayal, not just that Miles betrayed her – but that Zoe did too.

First things first, Clew is not getting back together. That ship has sailed and they have made that very clear. And I don’t see how Eclare is done. They obviously still love each other very much and their romance is too wonderful and perfect and just all around right to not happen. Clare has had a lot of space and time to think and I think she’s ready to give him another chance. I mean she called him for gods sake! (webisode) If she wasn’t ready to sort things out then she wouldn’t of tried to contact him in the first place. At this point i’d rather Dreky happen than Clew, despite Adam being dead. That’s how much I despise that pairing.
But in all seriousness, Drew just needs to keep it in his pants for a little while.

I really hate how Clare was so happy and then they ran over ger with a truck. She will never get back together with Eli after he knows that this baby Is dress. And drew won’t take responsibility.
