MTV Canada made the announcement today that Degrassi (and After Degrassi) will be returning on Tuesday, June 3rd.

Also, the date for the parking lot party scheduled for the end of this block hasn’t been solidified yet. Stephen Stohn initially said it might happen on August 5th, but the other day he said there’s a chance it’ll happen on July 29th instead.

After watch this promo it makes me think that many of main characters are going to get high on all sorts of drugs and alcohol. Everyone is acting very odd… Why would Drew kiss Dallas unless hes making a weird point.. In the other promos you see Winston Collapse?
Its also makes wonder if Zig is the one going to NY not Clare? I have a feeling Zig leaves to find his parents or go to them. I honestly think Zig stayed in TO for Maya and thats how he got mess up in this drug business.. Just a theory.
Seriously, were are fans getting the idea Clare is pregnant with Drew’s baby.. Yes that will complicated her life more and too add her battle with chemo brain which also screwed up her chances with that false interview about Zoe.. I hope Degrassi goes there with Clare where she doesn’t get into Columbia. I’m tired of these characters getting in colleges of there dreams. Plus fans don’t understand that Ivy Universities is very picky… they get 45,000 apps and only take 2,000.
At little fun fact.. All the prop cars are used for hauling things around the lots. :)

Whenever a female character sleeps with somebody or even acts a bit out of sorts, people immediately jump on the “OMG _____ PRAGNATE???” bandwagon.
Count me in as another person who doesn’t want Clare to get into Columbia. I also don’t want her to be valedictorian. I want Connor to get it (on a related note, it’s interesting that there has been only one male valedictorian in the show’s history and that includes Degrassi High). If not Connor, then Alli. Clare needs to be knocked off her Mary Sue pedestal.

I hope either Connor or Alli are Valedictorian they are the ones who truly deserve it. But I hopes its Connor. I really want Clare to have her perfect world to fall apart this girl needs some reality. I know the cancer sucked and her chemo brain too. BTW fans forget that Clare took her SAT’s when she had Chemo brain. Also I want Eli to find a more mature woman that can put him in his place when he gets wonky and Clare is not that person.

I really hope Zoe wins her case but I have a bad feeling a lot of dirty secrets will come out and hurt a lot of characters. Lawyers like to play dirty pool.
I have no idea why I keep seeing this pregnancy stuff about Clare and Drew but never know Degrassi goes there, did Clare & Drew use protection?? (Clare is pregnant by Drew but she tells Eli its his. dun dun dun… lmao)……. Also Clare becomes a lesbian. Seriously everytime a straight girl hangs out with lesbian many think they will turn. lol
Very interested in Zig, why his parents kicked him out or did they move away and he wanted to stay.. And why and how he got into selling drugs…
TBH I really hope Maya & Clare drop they guys in the season finale… Eli & Clare should have been done after Ray of Light. Im tired of the Writers and Stohn pushing this unhealthy relationship because he didn’t have his Semma. They are giving these teen viewers that romanticizing unhealthy relationships is ok.. No its not.. Sorry fans who love then
