    1. It’s like a new rule of degrassi: If your friend exits the show, date their ex. *coughJONNORcough*

  2. Excited for this! I’d be disappointed if Beckdam is not endgame… After all, Becky overcame so many obstacles just to be with Adam.

  3. I like Beckdam (I would like to see more of her religious views/family conflicting with her feelings) and Imogen (her quirkiness) but it irks me she was kept on the show for what seems solely for the purpose of yet another love triangle! I know writing is a difficult job, but come on! Imogen was originally brought into a love triangle when she first appeared and we’ve had too many love triangles in the recent seasons that I feel it’s an overdone subject right now. It seemed awfully obvious to me that the writers still intended to reunite Eclare with how poorly handled Cake was despite having some potential – just look at Jake’s good development after the love triangle mess.

  4. I’m a little apprehensive about Imogen, this season. She seems to be regressing back to her super-kooky, sneaky-manipulative ways, which is a shame given how sweet and grounded she became last season (up until TTOML, anyway). Also, I am NOT digging the new glasses at all. They’re way too big, and do nothing for her lovely eyes.

    1. I kind of disagree. I felt like Imogen lost alot of what made her unique when they threw her in a relationship with Fiona, so it should be interesting to see where they take her character from here.

    1. are you dumb? First, Imogen never specified her sexual orientation, meaning we don’t know if she’s lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, etc. Second, Fiona didn’t decide Adam was too masculine for her, Adam ended things because he knew Fiona only wanted him because he is stuck in a female’s body! Jesus Christ! Are there no real Degrassi Fans here anymore?

  7. Britt: Imogen isn’t lesbian and never was!! She’s either bisexual or pansexual….plus she doesn’t like all of these labels anyways… and thats why I love Imogen so much :)

  8. Remember when Fiona asked Imogen if she still has feelings for Eli. Imogen bacsically said that she took those feelings wrapped them up and sent them to the moon. and if she wants those feelings back she can find them. That is her way of letting go. She maybe do the same thing about Fiona. I think that this triangle is going to end very badly as in all three are going to get hurt somehow. And whats to blame.. hmm jealously???? I think so. I feel like this is going to be a repeat for Imogen like in S11 Now or Never. Adam is going to be like Eli without the mania.

  9. OK, this triangle has me excited, but oh so worried. It all depends on how the writers take it. I’m personally not a fan of Beckdam, so I’m curious how Imogen will effect their relationship. It sounds weird to say, but I’m GLAD Adam has two girls who want to date him and he will most likely end up in a screwed up triangle. After all he has gone through he deserves a great girl who loves him for him. I just wonder which it will be.

  10. I hate Adam’s new haircut. I’m sure the actress wanted to grow it out for other projects (or just personally) in between seasons, but it seems very unrealistic to the character. Considering how hard Adam has struggled to pass, I don’t believe he’d ever let his hair grow that long and risk being mistaken for a girl.

Also, I hope Imogen’s actually bi (or queer/refusing a label) and dates another girl eventually (or we at least see her flirt with one). I’d be annoyed if the writers did another Paige, so to speak, and Imogen remains a straight girl who just happened to have feelings for one special person regardless of gender. While those kind of relationships certainly do exist, it would be nice to see the show portray bisexuality as a legitimate orientation instead of a phase.

What would be REALLY cool — but I doubt even Degrassi would be this bold — is if Adam/Becky/Imogen just came to some kind of poly arrangement…
