There’s no need to wait all day until 9:30pm for the promo after tonight’s episode, Zombie Part 2….Entertainment Weekly went ahead and posted the promo for the one-hour Season 12 finale, The Time of My Life, which they say is airing in June (I like this move).

I like this promo! A few things I noticed:
– if you pause it on the right time, Jake and Katie kiss! So their relationship clearly isn’t over
– Imogen doesn’t appear to be graduating – what’s up with that?
– The show is losing 8 characters – Owen, Eli, Jake, Mo, Fiona, Katie, Marisol, and Bianca – hopefully they’ll have some good new ones to pick up in Season 13

They’re not twins. They’re 9 months apart, I believe, so they’re still in the same grade.

It looks like Drew won the election judging from that promo with himself and Bianca. I’m kind of disappointed but I saw it coming since they decided to keep him on for yet another season. He’s had more plots than a good portion of the seniors graduating. Hopefully, if he does win the election that he grows up and takes the responsibilities that can come seriously.

Jake and Mo have had the best bromance on the show. I wish they were sticking around longer.
I’m going to miss Eli, but not Eclare, so I feel bad for the next guy who gets sucked into Clare’s vortex of suckitude.

I don’t understand! Clare and Ali have been on the show since Season 8! So why are they considered “Juniors”? Consistency would be nice.

Alli and Clare are suppose to be seniors in season 13, I think two seasons count as a one school year on the show. That’s why Clare and Alli are still freshmen in seasons 8 and 9, Since Season 10 the seasons have been longer with more episodes and the seasons have had a longer time frame. it may seem like they been should graduated already but they still have one more year to go.

It’s actually very consistent.
8/9 = grade 9 (Jane graduates)
10/11 = grade 10 (Holly J. graduates)
11.5/12 = grade 11 (Eli graduates)
Though it doesn’t line up with real life by any means, the correct amount of years have passed on the show.

if you look closely, you see clare standing right by eli when they throw their caps in the air. Its obvious (i hope) that eclare is going to get back together. I just hope they do and the writers just leave them at that.

I miss them showing the graduating class in college. This is a group of characters I would want to see in college (partly because I will miss Eli).

BTW What the heck is Clare doing up there with all the seniors?? Eli as ‘Charming’ how cheezy and lame. Sorry fangirls That is too much. I do hope Jatie get back together. I can’t wait for the Much Promo they have been much darker than TeenNick lately. Don’t forget fans that there will be drama too. All promos are misleading. Aside from personally wishing Imogen wouldn’t graduate (for lack of time and focus on her in the show), I always suspected she might not. Fans love her and she’s barely gotten any plots surrounding her. When she was given the plot with her dad, that’s when I first thought they’d find a way to make her stay another year due to taking time off to be home with her dad. However, she didn’t appear to miss any time at school so I was almost sure she’d graduate. Maybe they find a way to keep her around based on her not wanting to go away to design school and be far from home, or possibly failing a course due to not being able to focus on school with what’s going on at home. It would seem kind of random because she doesn’t seem to be having trouble at school, but I don’t see why she’d be given that one A-plot and then have it never really matter long term.

I want to see Marisol and Katie do an Emma and Manny thing when there at prom at they remise about the long years they’ve been friends (apparently since kindergarten) and I want them to let us know where Marisol’s attending university next year because 1 we haven’t gotten that yet and 2 it would be in my opinion the only way to conclude Marisol’s run on degrassi as a character. What do you guys think? How do you think their going to conclude some the non developed characters such as Imogen, Mo, and Owen?

Owen wont get any closure, he’s barely been around this season. Mo has the C plot of the episode with Jake. Imogen has the A plot.

Is it just me, or does it looks like Fiona is the valedictorian? I like the idea of it, but why put it on a person who had to repeat her senior year? If I’m right, before the end of 11.5, Fiona said her marks were “average”? So if that’s true, why put her as val?

What is the name of the song playing imogen get back from the meeting with the clothing designer guy and lies and says she was checking on her dad.
