The left side of the bracket has been pretty straightforward, but the right side has been a mess full of twists and turns. Who would’ve thought Sean and Emma would meet in the Final Four. Meanwhile, you now have to choose between the show’s two deceased characters…it’s pretty eerie when you think about it.
There are two rounds left in this tournament. From this point on the voting results will be hidden until the polls are closed and I post the results. The champion will be revealed on Friday, March 29th shortly after 10pm.

I am simultaneously shocked, appalled, disgusted, enraged, and horrified that Emma has advanced this far. How has she managed to beat a character as popular as Ellie? Is somebody rigging these votes, sort of like Vote For the Worst does for American Idol? That has to be it. There’s simply no other explanation.

To be honest I love JT and Cam but I dont think they should win over Paige and Spinner, well I’ll understand if JT wins but as much as I liked Cam, Spinner was a fan favorite and a classic. Also while I voted for Emma I really thought Holly J would win, and the same for sean and eli

You’re so right!!! Emma was boring and annoying! and so was sean. His character was all over the place! I only liked Sean the first two season! And fangirl or not, y’all know that Eli is probably one of Degrassi’s strongest characters! I’m still shocked Ellie is out!

Still rooting for Holly J. I’m super happy she made it to the elite 8, wish Declan was here with her, I guess after a while though, he didn’t have the greatest record…ah well.

I thought Fiona Coyne was Degrassis best and most interesting character of all time. (I have watched all the dvds of the original Degrassi’s that go back decades.) I wonder if she will do better in future tournaments when people might miss her and long for the good old days.

I, for one, am HAPPY that Emma and Sean are advancing. Sure, Cam was a wonderful original. But just remember, EMMA and SEAN ore originals. They were good characters back in the day.

This isn’t about original characters. Even if it was, there are other originals that are more likeable than Emma (read: ALL OF THEM).
Emma was never a good character. She was annoying the first three seasons and became unbearable by Season 4. I think Emma winning is the work of a bunch of trolls.
Sean was a good character until Emma sucked the win out of him in Season 6.

I disagree with you. Totally. Emma’s first story line… her FIRST was GENIUS. I didn’t find her annoying as much as I did Jay, for example. And I just don’t understand this hate at all.
