I’m so excited for all of these. While the descriptions are pretty much crap, the episodes thus far have been pretty spot on. I’m assuming since Shannon took a picture of them doing a reading for Tears Dry On Their Own that Zane and Riley’s storyline will be a subplot of those two episodes and then a main plot in Still Fighting It.
I seriously love this new format and how storylines can be fully fleshed out. I can’t wait! Ahh, I don’t know how I’ll survive when the format goes back to being once a week.

I think degrassi should be in boiling point format all year around, its just more story and everything is better but i hope they do the rest of the season right because the more episodes made it easier to tell stories so one episode a week is going to be tough after such a great first half of the season

When I read the description and it said “Jenna’s worst fear comes true” I thought of KC right away. They have been showing how jealous she gets and I think it would be her worst fear if he didn’t wanna be with her anymore or didn’t want to associate with her or whatever. Riley/Zane will probably have the C plot in Tears Dry on Their Own, in preparation for Still Fighting It. (Which worries me. Homophobia? Riley vs Owen? Does that mean Owen’s going to learn Riley’s gay? Or maybe something happens with Zane *hopes Zane’s okay*)

I’ve heard all sorts of ideas about what the lockdown could be, shooting, bomb, suicide, etc, but what no one has mentioned is that accidents do happen. So maybe whatever happens is unintentional. Like, Bianca and Drew could be making out in the boiling room when they accidentally hit a switch which causes the boiler to get hotter than it supposed to be and it explodes.

Alright, I gave my thoughts on these on the post before this when someone shared them, but it seems more fitting here haha. They don’t really give me much anticipation or excitment for what’s to come, but I’ve learnred to take them with a grain of salt considering how insanely important B-plots and even C-plots have become thanks to the new format. My Body Is A Cage and Purple Pills are the two that I’m excited about, JUST from these descriptions, which the past six episodes have proven are be entirely too vague, juvenile, and short to do the actual episodes justice. I will admit that I find it strange that some of these characters/plots (more Alli+Drew, more Riley sexuality angst, and a Jenna audition plot) are getting the spotlight in the second half of the BP, which I’d assume is supposed to be a lot more intense than the first as it slowly builds to an explosion in All Falls Down (which has the worst description of all of them haha).
There’s absolutely no doubt I’ll be tuning in, and if this makes me seem lacking in excitement it’s untrue, these awkward descriptions are just making me slightly worried if the final payoff will truly meet the hype and deliver.

Okay, well I have a huge theory.. I think since Eli is a creepy kinda kid I personally think that he’ll fake a death. Sort of like the Beatles with Paul and his fake death. Eli gets bullied beyond belief so I think in his great mind he’ll write a fake suicide note to Clare. Clare will fall for it and the whole school will find out. Thisbcan be when the lockdown takes place, Mr. Simpson will want to get to the bottom of this and figure things out right now. — this can be the 2 part main plot for “All Falls Down”. The plot with Bianca and Drew can be just the b or c plot. MSN can be fooling us and not giving away the main plot. This is just my opinion.
Also, later in the season people will find out about Eli’s stunt, Clare will be pissed off with him, and he’ll get counselling and such.

I kind of like this theory…in Try Honesty(2) it says that Eli comes up with an idea to end Fitz bullying..(I wonder if its Eli thats getting bullied or if Eli is trying to help Adam…but Adam hasn’t been introduced yet so I’m not sure). Maybe that’s when he starts thinking of faking a death in order to try and teach the bullies a lesson? Perhaps he’ll be all secretive about it until the end of the season..I mean, a (possibly fake) student death would definitely be cause for a lockdown.
The Shark in the Water promo is kind of frustrating because I’m not sure if Eli got the death card to hint at him driving the hearse, or if there’s going to be more to it than that.

There is a possibility that Jenna is pregant, but im not so sure. Getting sick and biggest fear can relate to getting pregant but it can relate to other smallers things. Also remeber when Charlotte said at the MMVA that there was a suprise pregency a pig and hot guys. Well if they considered the Anya fake pregency as a suprise pregency then Jennas not pregant but if they didnt count Anyas as a pregency then this could be the one she was talking about. But because Anya had a fake pregnancy, the audience wouldn’t be expecting an actual pregnancy. So Jenna being pregnant WOULD be a surprise!
I suspect that she’s pregnant.
1. She’s been unusually sensitive and confrontational this season.
2. She was shown gorging on hot dogs in 99 Problems, and was gushing about how amazing they were. Pregnant women tend to have a heightened sense of taste.
3. She sided with KC’s mom during the BOA episodes. Inadvertent maternal instincts coming through?
It’d be amazing if she cheated on KC during the summer, and was preggers with another guy’s child. She could be too far along to get it aborted. Seeing as how everything ended up pretty peachy with KC at the end of BOA, Jenna being pregnant with SOMEONE ELSE’S KID, and being forced to go through with it is just what KC needs to re-ignite his rebellious spark.

Ok guys I heard this cool Jenna theory on a site. Hear me out plz. People r speculating that Jenna is pregnant but with Peter’s baby! Ok there is a surprise pregnancy this season and we know Jenna has all the signs of being pregnant. Also ” girl who doesn’t know her own secret” so she takes diet pills. But if u remember. In DTM Jenna applied for job at dot also Peter is the new dot guy. Also Peter and Jenna were lead roles in the play. I doubt they would keep Peter in the opening credits if he is not important this season they didn’t even put Zane. But I doubt it’s Kc’s baby. Also if she did cheat with Peter it would explain y kc pulled away from her in carnival promo. Think about it

I have an Adam thoery. I think he dies. In a lot of promos you see people suspecting that Adam is really a girl. Its no secret that owen hates homosexuals. I think either owen and his football friends bully Adam to the point where he kills himself, or Owen and his buddies kill him. And then Riley gets really pissed because he’s gay so he beats up owen.

I think it would be cool if in the Lockdown episode, all the characters are forced to go into random rooms and I think it would be interesting if they grouped odd people together, you know? Like have Holly J with Riley or Eli with Sav or Clare with Anya. I don’t know, it was just a random thought. lol I think they will have all the people fighting together, like Riley and Drew, Alli and Bianca, Eli and Fitz so maybe that will force them to solve their differences so in September it starts out fresh but it would be better to keep some fights still going on. Just an idea.

Maybe Eli gets Clare pregnant and she gets an abortion. That means that they love each other enough to have sex which could be the lovers card. An abortion would mean killing the baby, which is sort of like a death. Or Eli kills Fitz or K.C. over Clare because he loves her. Or the fight over Eli’s car could end up being over Clare. Or the tarot cards could mean “The Lovers Death” which could mean that Eli and Clare start dating and Eli breaks up with her because he knows that Adam is really Chelsea and he likes her.

The clare pregnacy thing would make sense. I mean the term “lover” is more sexual than romantic: “my lover” and the death card well may be Clare’s abortion. Maybe???
But I am starting to think Jenna gets pregnant…because we know she’s going to have issues with her weight and then the episodes descriptions says she gets sick and then it says her worst fears are realized. All I can think is that…she’s preggers!!!

People have been saying that they think Eli will kill himself but if that were true would they not make him a more depressed character? I mean i guess it is a little early and we don’t know a whole lot about him but Eli seems like kind of a happy character one of the more happy characters on the show for sure.. He seems to have who he is figured out. If he is sane enough to supply Clare with advice about her parents and friendly enough to hang out with Sav then he doesn’t really fit the Suicide proflie.
The idea of Clare getting pregnant with Eli’s baby seems really fast. They don’t seem anywhere close to getting together. right now its easy flirty stuff. It much more likely it will be Jenna but i don’t see with who. I mean does it look like K.C and her have had sex. Unless they have and they do a flash back moment. Jenna does like a pregnancy test and then she thinks back to her and K.C that one time type thing.
As for the lockdown… totally clueless! A gun in the school is a little cliche and over done.But i don’t see what else they could do.

OMG guys, on YouTube they have the 5th promo in slow motion, and at one point you can hear people screaming and the hallways trashed, as if the students were rushing to get out…
I think, on the intercom, they said to evacuate. Not to go under lockdown. Maybe we just got it mixed up. I’m not sure though, whereas I haven’t seen the promo were they talk about that. Anyways, I think the boiling room theory you were talking about earlier could be true.

i kno a lot of you may not agree but i was thinking eli doesn’t seem like the time of guy to do the suicidal sorta thing and i really really hope he doesn’t. the reason i doubt he will is because i read somewhere that he has a deep dark and mysterious past and so far nothing says that hes going to explain that anytime soon. The clare getting preg doesn’t sound right to me because to think that clare would actually do that isn’t something that fits. i really hope eli and clare get together thats one of the main reasons i watch this show so i can’t wait for still fighting it. and eli doesn’t die from fitz he gets arrested which you prob all kno by now.

Okay, so in “Try Honesty Part One”, if I’m correct, Clare tells Eli that there are rumors of him being obsessed with death, correct? Then in “Try Honesty Part Two” Eli tells Clare that he’s going to “show him that my reputation was more than a rumor.”
So the death may be Eli offing Fitz, thoughts?

That’s true, because it would be silly to kill brand new main-ish characters half way through the season.. The death card can also mean the end of “something” and the beginning of something else.. so maybe it’s something as benign as the end of Eli’s revenge stuff and the beginning of his and Clare’s relationship.

I seriously doubt that Bianca and Drew cause the lockdown with an accidental explosion. I mean, I don’t know how they do it in Canada, but if my school had an explosion, they would EVACUATE us, not keep us there to die… :p Though they could start it with something else?
And plus, I hope Eli and Clare get together after Eli’s giving her mixed signals! Because how else would it end? Because if Clare calls him out on his mixed signals and then they end up NOT together, wouldn’t it be a smidge awkward? Haha, I’m just saying :p

hey guys, just wanted to share one of my theorys…
it turns out that bianca and fitz are big friends this season. it seems that they are both tormenting adam alot. my best guess is that drew finally steps in (see the promo where he says “what did they do to you?”) and takes bianca to the boiler room where something bad happens… aislinn on twitter (who plays claire) said in a reply to someone “@Sing4usMsEvans well it is called the boiling point… there’s always a point where the water overflows… =P enough tease in there for ya?”. this would probably be the best explanation to the scene in the promo 5 video where everyone is running out of the school.

Guys for those of u who r saying that no one is going to die on the first half of the season keep in mind that the shark in the water promo was only for the FIRST half of the season, on the spinner it said loss which means someone has to die in the first half so who’s gonna die?? SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited to see the last week of the first half of the boiling point! i think drew is a jerk sometimes, but he’s SOOOO cutee. him and allie are not good together. and he’s a grade above her :/ but him and bianca are even worse.
