I loved the Jenna Katie tag team on Marisol.
Also Mo is indefinitely the embodiment of Season 1 & 2 Spinner.

I have a bad feeling Clare is going to muck this up for Eli and Jake. She is way to paranoid about Eli. And I hope at least Imogen forgives Eli.

first off, it’s not marisol who needs to stfu, it’s mo who needs to stfu! he is so annoying with the “SAV LOVES MS OH” thing. however, i do want him to be president. lol
second, & for the record, marisol is kind of a homewrecker, NOT A FULL HOMEWRECKER! the only thing she did was hooked up with kc, knowing that he’s dating jenna. kc is mainly to blame for the cheating stuff. he should have told marisol no from day 1 but he didnt….
& jenna is another one who needs to STFU! she has no right to be judging others. she’s a homewrecker herself. she stole kc away from clare. now marisol stole kc from her. & kc & jenna’s relationship was messed up from day 1 anyway.
Marisol knew that he had a baby at home and knew that Jenna was at home struggling.

Marisol is officially the most disgusting character on Degrassi after watching last night’s episode. And I’m not talking about the Jenna/KC home wrecker stuff either. Telling Drew that Katie is bulimic (really making fun of her for it) is the absolute lowest point anyone could possibly go. Eating disorders are never the victim’s fault! I was happy to see that Drew was very supportive of Katie. If I were Katie, I’d never speak to Marisol again after what she said AND I’d hook up with Drew, then tell her all about it, just to spite her! I’m on Katie’s side for this one. I knew there was a good reason not to like Marisol.
On the bright side, we now know Marisol’s role on the show: to be the self-centered bitch, who pretends to be friends with people, but her true colors show that she’s really shallow and heartless.
The Sav/Ms Oh kiss/song was just awkward on so many levels. I still think Sav seems like a stalker and Ms Oh probably can’t find a date her own age. (Had no idea she was 23 either)
It seems like everyone either goes to Kenya or has Bipolar. I was hoping something different with Eli. Also I don’t think Drew is that bright, I’m not sure but it does seem like a smart person when I see him in the episodes. I can understand how Katie might feel but Marisol what a jerk, makes me wonder how their freindship really is or if Katie was holding on to her. It all makes sense on why she helped Drew out on his low point. I am kinda glad they added a chunkier person(MO) on the cast, not everyone is skinny. It was hard for me to believe Miss OH only being 23 and being a teacher. That is hard to believe can you be a teacher that young in Canada? Sav seemed like he didn’t care what happened even if it risked getting Miss Oh fired. I think he just wanted to suck faces with the teacher. Also when did Miss Oh get those tatoos? Did she have them last season? Anyone know what they mean? I am liking this season of degrassi, and how wierd was it seeing Clare argue she is a different character than she was in the beginning.
This doesn’t really pertain to the episode, but after finally being introduced to Marisol last night, it got me thinking.
I feel like we’re about to enter the “3rd” generation of the show with the upcoming departures. Once Emma/Toby/Manny/Liberty graduated, even though we briefly saw the 3 girls over the next season, that was clearly the start of the 2nd generation. Now with HJ/Sav/Anya/Riley/Zane/Chantay graduating, any ties to the “old” Degrassi are long gone.
I really wish they’d start bringing some people back. Marco should be a full-time student teacher during his senior year. Craig can return from touring and resume things with Ellie again. They can make Ellie some sort of after school journalism assistant for the paper. It’s very easy to tie them back into the Degrassi fold.
And JT should be undead :)
I found out a few months ago they’re taking the fries away in our caf. That was a sad day.
On a side note, I loved the Buffy reference Kary. “Buffy the Marisol Slayer”. So funny. XD
I never liked Marisol last season and I don’t really understand why they kept her for this season. She doesn’t really contribute to the show except when she’s stirring the pot to create more trouble for other characters. Maybe she’ll be like Chantay and is just there to work with the other characters.
