WOW! Unlike Mia, Jenna is actually going to be doing PARENTING!!! Also it looks like Drew will get beat up in Idioteque, which will cause him to break up with Bianca.

I know a lot of people are wondering why it’s snowing during Spring Break in Degrassi world, but I think I have a reason why. In Canada, my cousins call what would be Spring Break, March Break. And it isn’t completely uncommon for it to snow randomly in March either. So I think it is pretty possible for it to be snowing. I mean, I’m from Texas and last year it snowed here on the last day of our Spring Break.
Spring Break in the Degrassi universe starts on 4/23. Remember how Julia died on April 22nd? Drop the World (part 2) aired on April 22nd purposely because in the Degrassi universe, it was April 22 also, or the anniversary of Julia’s death.
Nice to see that whole Drew/Bianca plot in the premiere isnt just going away after 40 minutes.

Considering that Du-Rags went out of style like a year after Season 3 aired, and its been like 8 or 9 years…you never know. lmao

I wonder why Jenna isn’t in her uniform. That paired with the fact that she wasn’t in her uniform in the opening credits leads me to believe that she’s probably gonna leave Degrassi. I hope they just don’t do the whole Jenna-suddenly-left-Degrassi-after-having-a-baby plot. I don’t think they will do it immediately because I recall seeing her in a promo screaming at KC (“liar!”) while wearing the Degrassi uniform. I had acute stress disorder and I would love to see her develop that also, between school and taking care of her baby.
Also, I’m glad to see she’s not giving the baby up for adoption, even though I hope they don’t just not show the baby’s face ever and just use a doll in most situations (like the promo pic).
Also, does her face look weird in the first picture? Idk if it’s just me.
i think she’s not in her uniform because she’s still losing the weight from having the baby so Simpson probably told her she could wear her uniform for the time being… or because she’s at her locker she is probably picking up some books. She probably was allowed some time off from school.. but would be home schooled instead just until she figures out what is happening with the baby when she’s at school
Some schools give a short maturity leave. So they do all their work at home.

I’m excited to see what kind of character Katie is. Chloe Rose has described her more in her latest interview.
Sounds like she might be editor of the Grapevine, which Clare will be joining.
Also she almost sounds like Marisol’s sidekick. People joke that Marisol is another Hazel or Chantay. But maybe she is Degrassi’s next Queen Bee?
I have a feeling that Katie is going to be a bit like the controlling Holly J from eariler seasons. Chole Rose says that Katie is a type A person who gets into it with Clare because she wants to join but Katie knows what she wants and it’s not Clare.
However, I feel like there will, at some point, be a B or C plotline about Katie breaking away from Marisol. Chole Rose said that Marisol is Katie’s weakness because she always lets Marisol kind of be superior to her. Perhaps Marisol becomes more of the school’s bitch to her friends, you know.
I also read something and chole rose describes her character as getting involved in the whole eclare situation. she says something about her trying to get her mind off of eli O.o hmmm

Bringing the baby to school? How’s that going to work out? Not unless they created that Degrassi daycare back in S6, which I highly doubt… Actually on second thought, it seems like Jenna’s merely visiting the school, seeing as she’s not dressed in uniform. She’s definitely staying home for awhile since she just had her baby. Speaking of the baby, nice fake, ahahaha.
Owen and Anya are going to happen..? Are you serious? Boy better be equipped with a real apology and a changed attitude because Anya is too good for a guy like that. Plus what would Riley and Zane say?

The skull cane is so Eli, I can’t see him with crutches. I believe Jenna maybe on a short maturity leave. She might be getting her school stuff together. I hope Drew is smart and leave Bianca. I think Anya gets snubbed by Dr Chris.
Okay, I’m guessing that Anya and Dr. Chris don’t work out and so Owen might possibly be a rebound for Anya. Maybe he tries to win her over by being extra nice and supportive of the whole Dr. Chris thing.
I think Jenna is just gathering her stuff from her locker to take home to be with the baby for a while. Maybe later in Now or Never Jenna returns to Degrassi where she finally sees KC and Marisol getting all flirty which would possibly explain the scene where she is about to hit KC with a guitar while in uniform.
I’m not making any predictions about the Drianca plot because I think I have the whole thing worked out in my head and I just don’t want to write it down. I’m kind of glad and annoyed that the Drianca plotline is going to span multiple episodes. Glad because things don’t just go away and annoyed because I’m worried it might seem to drag on and on. I think the whole ex-boyfriend Anson/Drew getting beat up/Bianca getting pushed up against a wall/the gun thing will be in Spring Fever and then in the later episode that they’re in Drew will then reconsider the relationship. I don’t know about you, but the moment I realize just how much crazy shit my girlfriend was involved with I would reconsider then…not days later.
There has been some speculation about why Jenna is at school without her uniform. I think that Jenna gets a maternity leave from school and is just at school picking up her books. This is the perfect setup for KC and Marisol.
I absolutely love Anya and Owen I agree with whoever said that they are the kinda couple that shouldn’t work but still do.
I’m pretty sure the black guy in the picture was not Towerz ( a member of the Candy Bandits and Libertys boyfriend for a short time).
The Clare and Alli picture was random, but I think Alli may be the one the convincing Clare to get with Jake.
