So this has gotten wayyyy out of hand…it’s now to the point where the media is basically spoiling episodes, and I don’t know what to do or say. Yes of course I knew Eli wasn’t going to die (not sure who or why anyone would’ve believed the #Elidies rumors to begin with), but the point is I didn’t want to know the severity of his injuries. And I didn’t want to know that THIS is the episode where Jenna gives birth.

Just a side note…if you’re going to share these pics before Friday night’s episode, can you do the rest of the Degrassi fandom a favor and not be a broomhead about it? By that I mean WARN people that you’re posting spoiler pics instead of casually posting it to twitter, or adding it to tumblr and being “OMG LOOK AT WHAT I FOUND E0ws8fuswejfsn;fjse!!!!!” It’s not the end of the world if you have to wait a few days to make graphics/edits or .gifs out of these pics.
Do you know how annoying it is to see spoiler stuff on your tumblr dash without warning? Well ask the many Degrassi fans who experienced that Saturday with the MTV thing (I was one of them). It’s disappointing that MTV aired that clip, but it was even more disappointing that Degrassi fans decided to spread the information from that clip without giving the rest of us the option of whether or not we wanted to see it. As a matter of fact, that’s WORSE than what MTV did. Show some respect for your Degrassi family…**SPOILER ALERTS** are your best friend.

I thought this was just the spoiler alert for the last video so I scrolled down and saw the pictures, shittt.
Oh well haha. Eli gets into a car accident and Jenna has her baby (in the back of an ambulance). This was supposed to be the most intense episode…didn’t we already know this was going to happen though? I guess it will still be somewhat thrilling even though I don’t feel like there’s a point to watching it since I feel like I’ve already seen it since I know what happens.
Well at this point I feel like I’ve already seen the entire finale. Spoilers galore that I can’t resist, gah.
If nobody dies then I’m really gonna have in with stephen stohn. He specifically told us that someone dies and it’s even on the description for the subplot on wiki. If their talking about morty (some ppl r saying they think elis hearse is the one that dies) then I will fucking explode and it will not be in a good way. That’s fucking ridiculous r u kidding me a car!!?? This is just unacceptable. Is he even allowed to lie like that??? He just better be telling the truth that a CHARACTER dies not a car.
Why does a charcter have to die anyways? It would be compltley unessacary to kill off a charcter. It wouldnt even fit the plot of ”drop the world”

I’m actually really excited to see that promo myself. As much as I love eclare the finale won’t be nearly as good as the promo that comes after it lol. They better not pull just a degrassi returns this summer and no promo but I don’t think they will cuz they had a promo for the next part after the boiling point and after the fall episodes.

And Rachel, you need to be informed: Stephen Stohn did not lie. Anything you see on the Degrassi Wiki is false advertisement until confirmed by a source immediately connected to Degrassi. Anywho, the plots say it all: this show has become overly relationship focused to the point where everyone is paired up. It’s TOO. MUCH. Newsflash, Degrassi writers: There are single people that do exist and have their own set of issues going on. Something needs to be done…

It’s possible…I remember Stefan brogren said in an interview at the beginning of season 10 about the new camera they used this season helped them produce episodes within like 2-3 days after shooting, and they had a promo for the second half of season 10 and they weren’t even finished with fall episodes when that was released.

Aside from the fact that there were some rumors that someone would die, I don’t understand why people think an episode won’t be “intense” just because there aren’t any deaths. I think Degrassi has had plenty of episodes that were really intense without anyone dying. If every finale was like the episodes where Rick died and JT got stabbed then the show would be incredibly ridiculous in my opinion. It’s supposed to be closer to real teenage drama, and I don’t know what the high schools other people attended, but people weren’t constantly shooting people/dying every week at my school! lol

As you can see the “chaos erupts…” is separated from the Eclare and K.C. plot by two semicolons so it seems like it is part of a completely different plot! It doesn’t sound like it would fit the Holly J/Fiona/Anya plot either, so I wonder what the hell is going on!

HURR DURR YOU CANNOT DRIVE WITHOUT KEYS and he crashes accidentally. Clare comes to hospital, misinterprets Eli’s words. Bullfrog comforts. End Season 10.
The promo showed Jenna’s face which made it look like she was going to have the baby anyways. It’s not a shocker. These pictures didn’t really tell me anything new other then the fact that Eli has a broken leg.

Honestly, I wasn’t very excited for the Jenna/EClare plots. I mean, they’ll be interesting to see; spoilers aren’t the same as actually seeing the episode, but I mainly want to know how the Holly J/Fiona plot ends this season. The spoilers don’t really give a resolve to that. I just hope Holly J learns to be a better friend than what we’ve seen from this episode already.
The only thing lamer than this episode is having every girl in Degrassi-land with a crush on Sav.
Outside the season finale, the first half of this season was alright. If not, solid.

The second half does seem a lot more boring and reserved in retrospect, rewatching them nonstop.
Boiling point as a standalone is one of my favorite seasons ever though.

First of all, the MTV spoiler wasn’ giving out anything that anyone who watched Degrassi at all wouldn’t already know.
Second, we all knew Eli would hurt himself, and that he wasn’t going to die because he’s a fan favorite. And duh, Jenna was gonna have the baby. Why would they wait till next season and build up all this. She can’t look eight months pregnant, but since it’s a tv show, have the baby at twelve months.
The point is that regardless of what you or I know, there were a lot of people who didn’t know and DID NOT want to know, and people were posting the information all willy nilly….it was unfair to those fans. And just because those of us that know Eli was going to hurt himself (but not die), it doesn’t mean I want to see the scene a week before it’s supposed to air.
