Oh and don’t forget (as if you would, lol) that Hide & Seek Part 2 airs tonight (Friday)!! So I’ll be posting my review of the episode sometime tonight as well.

As much as I hate to say it, Eli/Clare will most likely win. :/ Most of Degrassi’s recent fans really only care about that couple and haven’t watched the previous seasons. -Sigh- I LOVE YOU, SEAN/EMMA!
Hate both couples so much! I’ll just close my eyes and randomly pick one.
Not voting because they’re both the two most overrated couples in Degrassi history.
but EClare gets the edge because they have more depth, most of it with Eli being a crazy bastard

I’m with Lakehurst89. I pass. Sean/Emma weren’t that special and Eli/Clare, while nice at first, isn’t interesting anymore. However, Clare on her own still rocks.
I don’t really care about either of these couples. Semma was lame in Season 6, and I did not care about any of their storyline’s that season. They were alright in their early days in Season 1-2, but afterward? Sorry, no.
And I got burnt out on Eclare during the fall episodes, and I really didn’t like any of their storyline’s in the fall. They ruined Clare’s family crisis storyline by making their relationship overshadow the actual issue, and Eli’s hoarding was a bit random and kind of lame, especially considering it only lasted for an episode. But, I believe they’re storyline has picked up during this batch of episodes now that we’re seeing more of Eli’s crazy side, which is interesting. But I still think they are way over-hyped, as is Semma.
I must admit, though I’ve been a fan since season 1, I went with EClare. I’ve never been a fan of either Sean or Emma. I like both both Eli and Clare, and I think they’re much more interesting to watch. Season 6 Semma was like a really bad The OC ripoff.
i have to agree with you! sean and emma were really cute the first couple of seasons but later on it was stupid.

When i saw that Semma was losing i was in school and i just like fell over i looked like such a freak. My friend was in the bathroom so i like bolted out of the room and i probably looked like i had to pee really bad! haha well yeah i am in love with semma so…
I feel like the fact that EClare had this in the bag because of their current ridiculous fangirls says to me that whether they win or not, realistically they are not the winners. For me there’s no point voting anymore because Semma already won.

Semma is just the more amazing couple. Any of the shit they went through together alone blows away any “cute” Eclare moments. It’s unfair that Eclare could win based off of cute factor together minus actually HAVING a real relationship. Semma went through trials to have their relationship evolve (like the shooting and Sean going to jail etc.). Eclare were basically shoved together and have plots with each other over ludicrous things like Not talking to Fitz or hoarding >__>
Regardless I hope next year we go back to single characters so I can rant about how Eli winning is unfair lol
Aww man… I can understand the Eli/Clare obsession, but if we can all just go back and remember how great Sean and Emma were… It’s just a shame that Sean dropped off the face of the earth and that crappy movie wrote Spinner and Emma off together. For me, Semma was the one real love on the show. They had such great plots (going back really far too!). Sean changed so much for the better, and Emma may have changed for the worse, but I still saw the connection they had. The history made it even more powerful. Maybe I’m just attached to the old characters too much. @_@ But seriously, my favorite pairings have been Semma, Dolly J, and Eclare. Eclare doesn’t have enough to it yet, and seems to be going in a very bad direction. Dolly J was cute and uber romantic, but it was more of a fairytale romance. Semma…had every side of love, good or bad. It was perfect. ;_; But again, maybe I’m just an oldie hahaha. :”)

I don’t think you can fairly vote for a couple until EClare is resolved. I bet in a couple of years the vote will be different. Personally I would be scared to be with Eli, so he may be “hot” but in reality guys like that can snap at anytime. I’ve dated a guy just like Eli. Gothic, punk, hot, into deep stuff, reads great literature etc. etc. but ya the guy was very abusive because he was bi-polar and at anytime I never knew what would set him off. Clare needs to get out of that relationship fast. Eli reminds me of my ex and wow I can’t even imagine how the character will evolve. Great character to analyze though psychologically.
I actually can’t wait to see Justin Kelly and aislinn work together next season. I mean it’s pretty obvious their gonna get together next season based on the close friend thing. Cake<3 at first I was pissed off cuz I love eclare but now i say fuck it cuz u can't fix the damage that's been done to them and if you've seen the love is wild promo Clare wants to end it with him.

As much as I think EClare gets way too many storylines, I can’t deny that they’re one of the most interesting couples in Degrassi history. In my opinion, Semma was only interesting in the early seasons, they got on my nerves in the later ones.
this was a tough one for me.. sounds like eclare is gonna kill it.
i voted semma, if only to not be another vote for eclare. eclare and semma are my top 2 couples, so i can’t really complain.
but thinking back.. semma has spanned out over seven seasons, where eclare hasn’t even finished their first! semma has gone through so much more, had so much more time for development.. their first date, the shooting, sean’s jailtime, finding out about the ravine, pregnancy scare, sean going to the military.. eclare hasn’t had nearly the same amount of time to develop.

no, and i really don’t think they’re going to end up together. all they had was a close friendship when they were younger and jake’s parents want them to be together, but who gets together like that?! that’s a stupid way to pair a couple

Semma. I hate Eclare now. Used to like them, but they r kinda unrealistic, as is Cake. Klare is more comparable to Semma AND they are better.
