Degrassi March Madness is a giant tournament used to determine your favorite person/place/thing this year. Last year it was just Degrassi characters….this year it’s Degrassi Couples/Ships.
Congrats to Dr. Anya/Chris, Connor/LoveQueen16, Griffin/Paige & Mia/Lucas for being the top vote getters in the Play-In game. The bracket is divided up into four new divisions this year. Below is the full tournament bracket (click on it to see a larger version):

Your job will be to vote on every matchup, choosing which couple you think should move onto the next round. I will not be casting a single vote in this tournament…it’s all up to you guys. This tournament’s going to be interesting, seeing as how there’s a lot of shitty matchups, and also so many of these couples are old…and I’m not sure how many of the current Degrassi fans are people who’ve watched anything before Season 7, so that may or may not give the newer couples a slight advantage.
With that said, here’s my thoughts/hopes/predictions on how this will all turn out:
THE I WATCHED LEAKED DEGRASSI EPISODES DIVISION
All of the matchups in this tournament were randomly selected. I put the couples in a box, and pulled them out one by one. Therefore I kept cursing like a sailor everytime I pulled out a Spinner couple. THREE of them in one division! Then I realized that Spinner is Degrassi’s true manwhore: he’s had more relationships than anyone else on the show. The bottom half of this bracket (from Jay/Emma) down seems like a crap shoot. Spaige and Palex are the two strongest couples in this division, so I’d like to think whoever wins their matchup will win this division.

THE LUKE CHARGED ME $80 TO NAME THIS DIVISION AFTER HIM DIVISION
Luke, please tell Flora that we mock because we love. This division contains THE powerhouse couple, Semma. I’d say JT/Liberty comes in at second. Other than that, there are a lot of couples I could care less about in this division. One of my bold predictions is that Adam/Fiona will make it to the Elite Eight. I think they’ll beat Declan/Holly J, then they’ll destroy one of the lame Emma couples, and should have no trouble beating whoever they’re matchup is in the Sweet 16. But unless all of their fans died/no longer have computers, I just can’t see Semma not winning this division.

THE JORDAN TODOSEY LOOKS KINDA HOT AS A GUY DIVISION
Wow, even the God of Randomless is obsessed with EClare. Hell I might as well just automatically advance EClare to the Elite Eight, they will have absolutely no competition before that. Though I’d like to see Sellie win this division (and the entire tournament since they’re my favorite couple), they’ll get beat by Crash. EClare vs. Crash could be crazy…it’s really EClare fangirls vs. Crash fans and everyone who DOESN’T want EClare to win.

THE #ELIDIES DIVISION
There are a lot of solid couples in this division. Parcy has a pretty easy road for the first several rounds. But as much as I’d love to see them win (they’re my second favorite couple), Cranny is the frontrunner.

i don’t think so. eclare are losing a lot of fans since hearing eli’s beautiful story about clare. he picked a good time while they’re going through their worst that i think even dave/sadie will top them
Not that I ship these couples, but Jesse/Paige, Damian/Manny, and Dave/Jenna are missing.

I totally agree with you. How awesome would it be if Sean returns and Emma will be caught in the middle of them? Ahh, awesome. Cause Semma is my favourite couple in the show!
Emma is so not worth fighting over. Frankly, I don’t think she deserves anybody, since she’s such a heinous bitch.

This is pretty cool and like you Kary I’m a huge Sellie fan too! I still hate that Mia/Lucas made it, over Fiona/Bobby. Anything involving Mia is a huge no-no, lol. Some favorites of mine here would be Parcy, Spinner/Paige, Semma, and Alli/Johnny. Maybe next year, can be best fashion or something like that lol?

Personally I’m rooting for Palex, they were probably my favourite couple on the show. I also liked Alli and Johnny though, so I’m sad to see they’re up against Eclaire. No chance of winning that!

Alright, someone needs to explain to me the adoration and undying love for Fadam because I DON’T GET IT. I think everyone just wants Adam to end up with the girl he wants because he’s such a stand up guy but let’s be honest, he deserves better.
I understand where ur coming from, I don’t hate them but I don’t find then THAT great. I think it’s great adam found someone but seriously it’s not that interesting. To be honest sometimes I find Adam to be pretty boring….
Oh Damn, JT/Liberty will eventually be against Sean/Emma :(. This sucks. They probably won’t win now.
