Hey, kary, with all the excessive typing that’s sure to come your way this summer, how are you gonna deal? This would be the perfect time to take your site to a whole new level! :-) and, um, to whoever questioned me? Of course the broken promises clip is real. Don’t you know to watch ANYTHING that says: Only on TeenNick, or: A TeenNick special, or anything with the word SPECIAL or MOVIE or MARATHON in it?! Whether or not they suck, like school gyrls, and whose future is doomed, like school gyrls, they ALWAYS have new promos! And WHOA!!! KARMA is coming to Degrassi? SWEET! Surprised Kary hasn’t posted anything about her being the new Media Immersion teacher.
So apparently you were right. It’s on TV but not The Click yet. It doesn’t give us much of a hint, but I guess if you pause it you could look at Alli and Dave, who I assume are going to the dance together. And I saw Johnny there with his haircut, so I’m guessing that the Alli/Johnny reunion(?) will be the sideplot(?). Can’t wait! April 2nd is less than two weeks away now!

Things are different in Canada if you were watching they’ve called it prom since season 3 when the younger crowd was in 9th grade and the older ones were in Grade 10

Um, i’m sorry, but how does emma magically have musical talent if she NEVER sang? Unless you’re talking about musicals themselves??? And I know, right? Degrassi is such an odd school. Prom is supposed to be for seniors and seniors only. If this were real life, sav and anya wouldn’t even be able to go.
idk about all schools, but a lot of schools do have junior proms too. and freshmen and sophomores are only aloud to go to prom if their date is in the grade of the prom being held.
ex: if its a senior prom, a senior can take a junior, soph or fresh, if its a junior prom, a junior can take a senior, soph,or fresh. like ali would be aloud to go with johnny, but still its weird that degrassi is letting anyone just go to prom. lol
Actually the common practice in Canada is that everybody in High school goes to prom, and Sav’s a Junior, because in Season 7 Danny Said that Sav was a 10th grader and lastly Kary said that it was randomly selected
Why’d it have to be Riley VS. Darcy???? I really want Riley to win but it looks like Darcy is completely taking over! :’(
i love darcy! i HATE riley lol, but thats just my opinion. hes got a good storyline but hes just annoying and thinks hes so tough, and he even calls peter a fag in an episode when he really is the one lol but he just annoys me haha

They have every mini and on-the-set ‘cept for Good Times and Love Will Keep Us Together. Btw, not counting on-the-sets, season 1(5) had 13, season 2(6) had 19, season 3(7) had 16, season 4(8) had 7, and season 5(9) currently has 9.

but at the same time, just b/c they’re tied at 50% it doesn’t mean they have the same number of votes. Like right now Alli and Manny are both at 50%, but Manny’s technically winning because she has 3 more votes than Alli

hah too hard to explain it w/words so here’s the math: at one point it was tied 50%-50%. Manny had 187 votes. Alli had 184 votes: that’s 371 votes total. Manny: 187/371 = 50.4%, rounded down to 50%….Alli: 184/371 = 49.5% (since you can’t have a total more or less than 100%, the 49.5 is rounded up to 50%)

Yes, i’m well aware that sav is a junior. Hence why he was giving a speech for 11th grade english in season 8, he’s 17 in season 9, and in season 7, Manny says: Hey, that Sav guy sure is hot. Don’t worry, Mia. I don’t go for 10th graders. :-)

i watch teenick and nick. and on thursdays on cbs to see my uncle rob. thats it tho. i love degrassi full house and survivor
believe me, I do not just watch teennick. Here’s a list of the channels containing tv shows that I watch: PBS Kids, Fox, The CW, ABC Family, MTV, Comedy Central, VH1, TBS, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, Oxygen, PBS Sprout!, Nicktoons Network, Discovery Kids, Nick Jr., Teennick, and Disney XD. It just so happens that I tend to watch TeenNick all day pretty much every day that i’m home from school. Except for summertime, but that’s another story. :-)

I’m surprised that Ellie’s got Alex beat by so much. I voted for Alex, myself (though I do love them both), but I was under the assumption that a lot of people out there HATE Ellie, especially after season 5.
Ellie is actually one of my favorite female characters, especially after Season 5 and DGH. Why would they hate her after Season 5?
I don’t think Season 5 was any cause for people to HATE her. Like her less, perhaps, but not hate. Anyway, I thought Season 7 was worse for her as a character.
But there has to be a bump after DGH. Stacey was absolutely fabulous. Hard to hate someone after that. Besides, Ellie’s probably still one of the best-liked characters.
I don’t hate ellie. I just don’t think I could stand seeing anymore of her major SIX FREAKING SEASON-LONG STORYLINE after Degrassi Goes Hollywood. And as for Round 3, um… When does it start? I mean, voting for round two should’ve ended 7 hours ago, so… Earth to kary! M.I.A.???
